I’ve been using Deepcharts since October 2025... its mindblowing
I’ve been using Deepcharts since October 2025, and after trying platforms like NinjaTrader, MetaTrader, cTrader, Thinkorswim, and several web-based platforms, I can confidently say this is the most user-friendly trading platform I’ve ever used.
The indicators, order flow tools, and the quality of data available have completely changed the way I trade and make decisions. Everything feels designed for serious traders who actually need speed, clarity, and precision.
One of the biggest differences is the support team. They are available 24/7 and have always been there whenever I’ve had questions about the platform, data feeds, or indicators. That level of support is rare nowadays.
The educational content alone — especially around order flow and how to properly use the indicators — is worth far more than the subscription cost. It’s not just a platform; it’s an ecosystem that helps traders improve.
If you want to trade professionally, you need professional tools, and Deepcharts is exactly that. At this point, I honestly can’t see myself going back to older platforms unless something significantly better is created in the future.

Came from Atas. Never was satisfied more
I came to DeepCharts from Atas and I was really satisfied with my experience here. Everything just works smooth, obviouse and comfortable to the eyes. I needed ChatGPT to set my Atas up. Here I just have to look around and it all comes as it should be. Amazing UI, amazing platform, tons of features. Even tho its a bit more expensive, one good trade will cover the difference for the year ahead

Not Perfect Yet, but Moving in the Right Direction
I’ve been using deepcharts for a while now, and honestly, my experience has been very positive so far.
I’ve been using deepcharts for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the platform, the tools, and especially the community behind it.
People should remember that DeepCharts is still a relatively new and fast-evolving platform. When a company continuously develops new features and advanced tools, occasional bugs, lags, or technical issues are normal — especially in professional trading software connected to live market data.
What makes DeepCharts unique to me is that it’s not just a platform subscription. They regularly do live sessions, workshops, and community interactions, which creates a much more active learning environment compared to many traditional platforms.
I also had very positive experiences with the support team. Whenever I had a problem or question, they responded quickly and genuinely tried to solve the issue as fast as possible.
Of course no platform is perfect, especially in the early stages, but I appreciate that the team keeps improving the software, adding innovative features, and actively supporting the community instead of leaving the platform stagnant.
So far, my experience with DeepCharts has been very positive, and I’m excited to see how the platform develops in the future.

from day one the whole team have been really great the support team go above and beyond to sort your issues out night and day the coaching and tuition is also very good for the first time in a long journey I feel the lights is at the end of the tunnel and deep charts has definitely made a difference to how I see the charts.

Decent software
Just a pain to be upsaled constantly and then more features are added for more monthly payments. The software itself is great but the cost is very high to be constantly upsaled as well.

Excellent platform for the price you are paying.
For those that are looking to support a small passionate team of traders that put so much effort into what they do, the deepchart team is great. During a busy time of releasing deepdom and the problems they were having, they were still so helpful and professional throughout the chaos of the release. I could tell that the member thay helped me was in the deep but managed to sort out my issues as best they could. Hey Everyone. I wanted to share my experience with the
Deepcharts platform and team. I have been a full-time trader for 25+ years. After the 2008 financial crisis the landscape had changed with the advent of dark pools and algo trading being more common. I realized that a shift in the trading environment was taking place. Trading is an evolving field and artform and in todays world you need to be a data analyst and have the proper tools available to you. With DeepCharts, DeepDom and GEXBOT, Fabio, Freddy, Andrei, the tool shed is well stocked and ready to help you be successful. If you're considering being a full-time trader, take my advice, be data centric and not dopamine craving.

Have never had to wait, VIP support connection is almost always under a minute unless it’s an issue that has already been identified in which case they’re fast to address it and ask that you hold off on contacting while they resolve.
