Disappointing Value, Laggy Performance, and Very Rigid Refund Handling
I purchased the 3-month “DeepCharts Full” package for $498.61 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall.
The biggest issue for me was the platform performance and responsiveness. On my ASUS NUC trading workstation, chart interaction, scrolling, and moving around the platform felt noticeably laggy compared to other professional trading software I use daily. This negatively affected the usability during active market analysis.
I was also disappointed to learn that important DeepDOM/heatmap functionality was not included in the “Full” package. For order flow traders, heatmap tools are essential, so this significantly reduced the value proposition from my perspective.
The “Orderflow Mastery Course” also felt much more basic than expected considering the price and marketing. I expected more advanced educational content and deeper practical insights.
Additionally, I was surprised that “The Liquidity Bootcamp” was not included either.
To be fair, support replied professionally and in detail. However, despite requesting only a partial refund for the unused portion of the subscription, the request was denied strictly based on policy windows.
Overall, the experience felt much less customer-friendly and lower value than I expected for a nearly $500 purchase.

Platform is great, UI is great, Customer service amazing
Platform is great, UI is great and very user friendly. Super easy to use with alot of great features
Its super easy to get familiar with the software and its been a game changer for my trading.
One thing that really stands out is the support chat. They ALWAYS are extremely helpful and i have always been connected with someone super fast and they have fixed my issues 100% of the time. If it is a complex issue, you can do a screenshare session with them and they will fix issues for you.
The one criticism I have about deepcharts is i wish we were allowed to create custom indicators similar to other orderflow platforms. This would make deepcharts the best option hands down. Hopefully that will be allowed in future updates.
So technically i would be giving deepcharts a 4.5 for that one criticism, but cant figure out how to do half star.

Great platorm
The training that came with it has been great. The platform itself is amazing, highly customizable, data is accurate and on point and its been so much easier to use than Sierra Charts and more detailed info than Tradingview

Literally shiny app but...
The app itself is actually really good and the interface looks amazing. Everything feels modern and easy to use, so the first impression was very positive.
But the biggest problem is that there is no free trial or even a one month subscription option. It’s hard to trust a service when you have to pay without properly testing it first. I really think they should add at least a 7 day free trial so people can try the platform before committing.
There are also quite a few bugs that need fixing. The app has a lot of potential, but right now the lack of high price holding back me. ( i bought 3m subs)

On the subscription/trial point: we understand the concern. Not having a free trial can definitely make first-time decisions harder, especially in tools like this where users want to test properly before committing. A short trial option (like 7 days) is something worth seriously considering, and feedback like yours is exactly what pushes that discussion forward.
About the bugs — fair point. Even if the platform has strong potential, stability has to be solid, and we’re continuously working on fixes and improvements. If you’re open to it, reporting specific issues you ran into would really help speed that up.
And thanks for sticking with it and going for the 3-month plan despite the concerns — we’ll do our best to make sure it feels worth it over time.
