Ordered a monitor on the 4th Dec. Supposed to be delivered by the 8th Dec but got damaged at the UPS depot. I thought it would be simple enough for them to send out a replacement but here I am a week later still not knowing when the replacement is being sent!
Spoke to customer service 4 times asking for replacement to be sent out telling them it’s a legal obligation but no joy, keep putting me on hold. I’ve asked to speak to their line manager then been hung up on. Shocking customer service and company! Be very wary ordering anything off these bandits!
Scam company
Bought a laptop from dell on 23rd of October 2025 and I waited over a month for it to be delivered then gave up and bought a different make instead. Then when the dell laptop finally arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it I refused delivery. Then dell refused to refund the laptop until it had arrived back in china. They then couldn’t get the laptop back to china. They kept attempting to pick up the laptop from the delivery company in the uk but failed. So I was stuck with £1400 taken from me with no laptop for 2 months until luckily PayPal forced a refund! If it weren’t for paying with PayPal I would still be £1400 worse off 2 months after purchasing the dell laptop, and not receiving the laptop! Oh and the customer service woman kept ringing me to stop the PayPal refund case! Unbelievable! Never buy anything from dell! They are a scam and very dodgy!
Where is my laptop?
Placed my order on Black Friday on December 1st for a new laptop, and they have taken my money, and won’t ship my laptop, they keep delaying my order.
Now my order has been delayed to 30th December, and that’s still not a guarantee it will be delivered. I have gone online and checked their website the same laptop has gone up in price by 150£ so they want me to cancel my order and repurchase.
Really poor service in the meantime they keep trolling me daily with numerous emails to purchase a new laptop?

I submitted a work order on November 28,2025 and as if this date, no resolution.
They can't seem to pay attention to need and they outsource support. It took FOUR rescheduling of appointments ON THEIR PART TO EVEN GET THE HELP THAT WAS NEEDED FOR A POWER CORD. THE TECHNICIAN FINALLY SHOWED UP AND DID SOMETHING TO THE COMPUTER, LEFT AND THE COMPUTER DOES NOT POWER ON.

They DO NOT honour their price match…
They do not honour their price match policy, so be careful purchasing. The computer I bought went on sale a week after I purchased for $300 less but they will not honour the policy. Even though they advertise their “Price Match Guarantee” on every page of their website. And it’s not like it was another store or company - I was asking DELL to match its own sale price. Ugh. I’ve returned the laptop and will go with another company.

I ordered a computer and made the mistake of ticking the box as a business as I'm self employed. The computer was poor quality as was the monitor with a poor refresh rate. The computer froze and I did a hard boot but then the speakers stopped working and they wouldn't turn back on. Having spent a couple of hours trying to get the computer to work I decided to return it. The online system wouldn't let me return it and says call customer services. I did this which again took most of a morning trying various options on the call centre menu. When I eventually got through to a foreign call centre I was told that as I ticked the business box I could not return the computer. I could contact technical support etc. I rang citizens advice and they confirmed that as I had ticked the business box I was bound by the small print in the Dell terms and conditions which are not made clear at any point in the sales process. Do not buy from them it is more like dealing with scammers in calcutter.

Huge disappointment! Bad quality but still expensive
I've bought an Alienware AW610M gaming mouse to my partner as birthday gift. It started playing up just a few month after I bought it, tried to contact Dell support but it was unpossible, I did give up after trying for hours. The cursor kept jumping up and down while scrolling ,we have tried all youtube videos, nothing helped so gave up, used it like that as it was quite expensive just to buy new one after half a year of use. Now 2 years literally just passed and mouse is unusable, huge disappointment. Techical support is non existent. When tried to message them theirvreply was " We’re glad to see that our Technical Support team has assisted you and replaced the part to resolve the issue." WHAT THE HELL??? This company refuses to tender a refund after they sent me the incorrect item. I sent it back the same day. I received an email confirmation that they received the item and would process my refund. That was 2 months ago. They refuse to send it or offer any real help as to why.

About as bad a company as I've ever dealt with! This is my second work laptop and it's failing yet again, after about 4 or 5 months. Their customer service is a joke as they throw it back on you, like it's my fault the laptop doesn't work. So, my only advice to you - buy something better than a Dell!!

Then I called on Nov 24 to check on the status. I was told it is being processed and to give them 48 hours to process.
Nothing has happened, so I called today (Dec 3rd)
I was told that the first Dell Customer support Agent did not move forward with the processing. However, the new agent told me that I need to wait 5 days for them to process the request, at which point they may allow me to reorder… (keep in mind, that Dell received the lost computer from FedEx and signed for it, but never refunded any money or sent it back to me.)
This is crazy and a complete runaround by Dell.
WARNING: Dell Depot Service Failed to Resolve Issue and Broke 48-Hour Promise
On November 1st, my Dell Inspiron 15 (Radeon AMD + Ryzen 7) developed a PSU issue. The system would suddenly black out when I was using it, I ended up contacted Dell support, and they told me the repair would take about 2 weeks.
Instead, I waited 4 weeks. During that time, FedEx misdelivered my package, leaving me without my computer through the entire Thanksgiving break. Communication from Dell was slow and confusing — at one point I thought they were ghosting me. Eventually, they replied, and by Sunday night my PC was returned.
Big surprise: when I powered it on, it worked at first. But after leaving it idle for just a few minutes, the same blackout happened again. The PSU issue was never resolved. Dell clearly did a quick swap and skipped proper stress testing or motherboard diagnostics before shipping it back.
Now I have to take my PC to a local repair shop with better reviews — one that actually runs burn‑in tests and verifies stability under load.
Caution to others: If you have PC issues, do not ship your computer to Dell for repair. They do quick fixes without proper diagnostics or stress testing, and you’ll waste weeks only to get the same broken machine back.

If you can choose properly then they have one of the best laptops in the b business. and I am not talking about those new XPS which they make from really cheap plastic. I am talking about business grade laptops in Latitude and Insipiron series because those two are really nice series with decent products. I have my latitude for over years and all I did was add one more SSD to it.
