Love my 6 month old aromatic machine 2nd one I've purchased, after just 6 months the coating is failing on grinds container have contacted delonghi about 7 times now with no response other than taking my particulars , customer service are useless at best , very frustrated. After posting this review did receive a response from Gemma at delonghi offering to support me with a resolution, but as per my previous contact nothing has been heard since, what kind of support is that?

I genuinely expected much better from a brand like De'Longhi.
I bought a brand-new machine from Amazon, and after just one month it stopped working. Fair enough, things can fail—that's what warranties are for. The real disappointment started when I tried to get help.
I contacted De'Longhi through their website and even through Amazon's Brand Representative. Nothing. Eventually, I managed to send an email and was told someone would get back to me within 2 working days.
Five working days later... still nothing.
At that point I gave up waiting and contacted Amazon directly. Within no time, they arranged for the machine to be sent for repair.
Then, a week later, De'Longhi finally decided to reply... telling me that I needed to send the machine to their service centre. Really? By then, Amazon had already sorted it. I told them exactly that.
Another week passed before I received their next email... simply apologising for the delay.
So after two weeks of trying to get support from De'Longhi, all I got was:
An email telling me to do something that had already been done.
A "sorry for the late reply."
That's not customer service.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I expected two things from a premium brand:
A machine that lasts longer than a month.
Customer support that actually supports its customers.
Instead, the product failed almost immediately, and when I needed help, I was completely ignored. If Amazon hadn't stepped in, I'd probably still be waiting for someone to answer.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand.
Very disappointed.

I had the older model before and found it to be an excellent kettle. One tiny complaint, the water level indicator is hard to see.

Delonghi vintage coffee maker is a NO
Bought my coffee maker in April 25, had delonghi for decades and never had issues. The vintage cream coffee machine has issues. The on/off button doesn't stay on. The hot plate is overheating and the steamer arm leaks. Asked for help and was directed to a company and quoted £60.00 + delivery costs. Can get a new coffee maker for that. Won't buy delonghi again

Great support from customer service
We have always found that De'Longhi product is great quality.
Recently we had a parcel that was damaged on receipt.
The support, following an email that I sent to customer services, was really good.
Issue acknowledged straight away & replacement items dispatched with no delay.

Contacted DeLonghi explaining the situation with them poor quality product not particularly interested. I'm not surprised.
I would give it to a charity shop sell it wouldn't be fair on the customer that bought them even though they would be cheap. The worst kettle and toaster I've ever bought but you learn by your mistakes. Yes they're out of warranty curry's weren't interested in replacement at the time of guarantee And at the time when they were in guarantee I spoke to De Longhi they said contact Currys where you purchased them from no interest in their products whatsoever or customer relations.
You learn by your mistakes in life.

Appalling customer service
On 26th June I placed an order for an Air con unit based on their delivery estimate of 1-3 days. Today 8th July, their websire say it has shipped and sent me a link to BJS logistics, together with a consignment number. When I spoke with BJS they have said it was not collected as it weas not available? I have now purchased a Meaco unit and recevied no issues. It is now 13 days later and despite contacting De'Longhi multiple times to to cancel my order the are refusing to do so. Absolutely appaling customer service, this was the first...AND Last time i will try and buy from this company.

Shocking customer service - De Longhi Cappucino…
I purchased a De Longhi Cappucino machine which has now broken down twice . Customer service were far from helpful and won't accept that the machine should be refunded or replaced and that repairs such as this are not unknown .They kept referring to their manager but won't put me through to him / her .Shocking customer service
