Every time I order stuff for my coffee machine they arrive in a terrible condition. Boxes of liquid open, contents spilled everywhere etc.

Delonghi we're absolutely amazing ordered a coffee machine which arrived on time very quickly unfortunately my husband was not happy with the choice and decided to return it the company was brilliant and arranged the return and refund with not too much hassle really impressed with their handling of the situation

I had bought 8 years ago 32l delonghi oven and I was very happy with. The colour, design and interior. It was just what I wanted.
Every good thing comes to end.
I had to buy a new one. But I couldn't find the same. Until I found this 40l. It is black from outside and aluminium colour inside. The elements are not covered. I am not happy with this one. But it works goed.
I wouldn’t recommend this brand
I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. I bought a coffee machine from them and it stopped working after 5 months ( note that I have used it 10 times) I tried to reach support, they took tooooo long to answer, after they did, the mentioned they are not able to support if I don’t have a receipt, even if I sent them the machine number and all details. If I wasn’t able to get the receipt, then I have to pay 169 euros.

Terrible customer service.
I would actually give De’Longhi zero stars for its customer support. Very poor service.
They took an order for an AC unit on the 17th June. The item was showing in stock on the website and 2-3 days delivery time. There was even a “left in stock” counter showing how many were in stock. The item was not however in stock but they still took an order and processed the payment immediately. Then silence.
I rang customer support a few days later, they were no help, could only tell me the unit was still in the warehouse and would be delivered in 2/5 days. Ok I thought, at least it’s getting delivered- wrong! It finally took me to raise a customer support ticket to them for them to get back to me 8 days later simply telling me the order was cancelled.
In those 8 days the heatwave kicked in and AC units went out of stock. There was no chance of going to another vendor for another unit.
If DeLonghi had told me at time of order the item was out of stock, I could have bought something from another back on the 17th. For it to take 8 days to get back to me was very poor customer service.
There was no admission they messed up just told me the order was cancelled and here’s a refund.
So ironically for the first few days of the heatwave when it arrived I had technically paid for AC but wasn’t enjoying it!
I still want to buy a De’Longhi AC unit though but will avoid buying it from De’Longhi!!!

Brilliant experience after reporting…
Brilliant experience after reporting that one of the Latte Glasses I ordered was broken in transit. De’Longhi replied quickly to my enquiry and dispatched a repayment which arrived in a couple of days.
Straight out of the box
Straight out of the box, my Delonghi COM532M refused to brew a pot of coffee! Why? Neither the manufacturer nor retailer - AMAZON, would explain the causes! After much research, this KNOWN problem - serious because it is a fire hazard, goes back at least to 2023 (yes, 3 years and the entity has yet to resolve this matter!). It is a blown fuse in the bottom of the machine! Yes, a blown fuse straight out of the box! Yes, Delonghi is well aware of this serious safety hazard so much so they sell replacement fuses! Do yourself a favor and buy a Breville!
A great coffee machine
With the sad passing of our first DeLonghi Primadonna coffee machine after seven years, we needed a replacement. Our new Primadonna Aroma does everything to coffee that we could want. It is a great machine.

Excellent machine which ‘talks’ you through all the coffee making process. Resultant coffee not as good as that made in a cafetière using the same beans.

Amazing coffee machine
Appalling service.
Bought new delonghi magnifica start. Milk carafe is not recognized by machine. Delonghi help was incredibly slow to reply and never suggested returning and replacing unit. Returned for a full refund thanks to Amazon. Worst customer support. Do not buy direct from them.
