While this Delonghi 900w microwave…

While this Delonghi 900w microwave looks good and does work well the main problem with it is the constant water it leaks out all over your counter top due to not having any vents not sure of the thinking behind that design makes no sence and I dreed to think what is building up inside as there is no vents so whatever is cooking will leave all it's residue inside the casing if it can't escape, and no something you can open to clean as a kick from one of these with kill you stone dead⚰️

Faulty DeLonghi double glass coffee cups

I recently purchased four of the double glass DeLonghi coffee cups. Three of them lost their seal and started filling up with water between the two glasses. I sent DeLonghi pictures and proof of what happened undecided they are not under warranty. They are clearly faulty. Very disappointed in their customer care. I would steer away from buying those products.

Glad we chose De’Longhi

Bought this machine because “Which” recommended it and although initially I thought it would be difficult to set up, once I had downloaded the instructions it proved to be quite easy. The on screen instructions are very helpful and as an 80 year old I find them very useful. Overall glad we chose De’Lnghi

It’s been horrendous to try and return…

It’s been horrendous to try and return the item that I found £30 cheaper on Amazon for the exact same item. It has now been returned and they have received it but still waiting for refund, worst website I’ve ever been on why is there no return policy on there website??

I bought two of previous models and was…

I bought two of previous models and was happy with it, the problem is that if they have a product that works, they keep changing it and making it more complicated. My brand new- and expensive I might add- coffee machine short-circuted my electricital panel, they REPAIRED it and after one week, same thing happened. Just go to another brand, there are a lot of alternatives out there

Terrible customer service

I ordered an air conditioning unit based on the advertised 1-3 day delivery timeframe advertised on their website - I had to repeatedly chase the delivery and was told it would be sent by different couriers by different customer service agents, without receiving any tracking emails or updates. Eventually it has turned out it will be delivered a week after I was expecting it, by a totally different courier from the one I was originally told about. Absolutely terrible service and to top it off, customer service have not apologised for this or explained why it's happened - and in fact were actively rude and unhelpful. The AI assistant is giving out false information on delivery timelines.

beautiful kettle very stylish

beautiful kettle very stylish makes a lot less noise then my old one when boiling. absolutely love it !!! ordering was very easy and delivery was quick.
like that the rim of the lid is chrome which seems to be better with less water residue and limescale.

Eletta Explore

Eletta Explore - Easy ordering on the Delonghi website and Delonghi offered a discount on their web price.
On enquiry, the website team advised that although looking exactly the same, the coffee machine that came with the To Go cup was not as advanced as the one that came with a coffee jug and this was cheaper, who knew!
Timely delivery and came well packed.
All items present, so washed them and went through the easy set up procedure on the machine setting up 2 users, a filter and water hardness setting.
Now coming into my second week and have found settings that give a very nice flat white, full strength for me and half for my wife.
Next week the grinder should have bedded in, so will allow me to set a finer grind setting (2 or 3), currently set at 6 which was the factory setting which should improve the espresso.
Would highly recommend
