Customer service was courteous and friendly. I could do without the "game playing" with discounts. First they quote a price with a supposed "10% discount". If you don't sound overly excited, they say "Well, you know I could probably do even better... I think I can get you another 10% off". I mean, come on! Silly and condescending.

I contacted Customer Service in order to correct an error when I renewed my coverage. The representative was terrific and immediately corrected the error updating my plan from a one year renewal to a two-year renewal. I have been extremely happy with coverage and the money it has saved me.

Got a good plan quickly
Got a good plan quickly. However, I went in that same day and couldn't use it because I failed to realize that it started the next day... I stayed anyway and only paid the extra $40 to pull a tooth. Could not wait till the following day, although they did offer to reschedule!!
