Return process not fit for purpose

My shoes didn't fit and I returned them. I paid £95.66 for them but only got £76.74 back. They were collected from me by Deporvillage's collecting agent on 26 March and I only got my refund on 21 April. The whole process was intimidating with warnings issued that they might not refund me under a lot of different circumstances. The app was useless at tracking the return, my account would disappear and then reappear and still show my return as pending, ie not approved. I got no reply to any of my emails apart from general unhelpful standard responses. The website shows a way of contacting them but it doesn't work. The email to use was only disclosed when I opened the PayPal dispute website pages.

I received my Oakley sunglasses (Warm Brown -Enigma Ink) without the proper case. It’s quite disappointing, especially after spending €143 on the item and not receiving a case.

In comparison, other brands usually provide a proper case with their product.

I strongly do not recommend this…

I strongly do not recommend this company. I ordered a jacket from them, and it was supposed to arrive on the 20th. Today is already the 27th, and I still have not received my order. I am leaving Milan today, but my package has still not arrived.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They completely ignore messages and provide no clear information about the order status. Their customer service is not responding at all. In my experience, this company feels like scammers and is not trustworthy. I would advise others to be very careful before ordering from them.

I have ordered shoe ( 43 euoros around)…

I have ordered shoe ( 43 euoros around) but I wanted to return it, and options for the cost of return 6.99 and 8.99 option. It is huge amount for a simple return. For the first delivery they charhed almost 4 euros.So I dont understand it is that musch high cost for a simple return.

I got an empty parcel entirely

I got an empty parcel entirely. I hope the customer support van help me, already lodged something with their customer support and filed a police report.

Why am I being sent an empty parcel when I ordered a pair of shoes of 70 euros?

Ridiculous shipping cost

I bought two items which were new era baseball caps which were on sale $15 euro each but the shipping of $65 AUD is outrageous, considering the size of the box was so small I don’t understand the price gouging in the shipping charges. It should’ve been at least half of that. Also only having one choice of shipping which was UPS at that price. You have no other options so I think it’s a bit of a scam to charge such unbelievably crazy shipping prices for just a tiny small box. Never again …!!!
