Deporvillage, the company that is super happy to take your money and deliver your order. Don't get me wrong, they are amazing at that part. Big 10/10
BUT, the second you request a return. BOOM! Emails take 2-3 days to get any reply, my return pick up had to be rescheduled 5 times and no one could tell me why. Has my return has now been picked up? WE DON'T KNOW dear reader as I've had no confirmation that the guy I gave it to was even from Deporvillage, also, their website hasn't updated to tell me anything about my return. It's a pure farce dear reader and can anyone at Deporvillage tell me what's going on? NO!
In short, its now a month and 3 days after I asked for a return because I bought shoes that were too small. A month and 3 days just to pick up some shoes and process a refund.
So dear reader, what should you take away from this tale.
1. Order the right thing first time with no mistakes and you will have the best experience ever
2. Deporvillages customer service and return system is awful and I hope you never have to use it.

Horrible experience, this company should closed! total scam! no customer service at all, somehow i managed to send my order back but they dont pay back! And the worst part ı thought its a swiss company because the adress end with ch but ofcourse they are not you should paid for the return item over 35 chf finger weg!!!

Very hard to get in contact with when…
Very hard to get in contact with when problems with order. My order were “lost” and I did not get any updates og answers to my e-mails, Messenger or Instagrams. Finally received reply shipment Lost and new would be sent. From first order until received today it has been almost two months.

Avoid this company
I bought a pair of Salomon trainers from this company which I'm trying to return as they're too small.
This has proved a nightmare if I'm honest, their communication is pretty much non-existent, no contact number, no QR code for the collection.
The first time I tried to return, the box was collected from the initial delivery point - a local shop - and was then returned to the same shop 2 days later - not great. I then booked a collection from my house on Friday 4th, the collection window is 10AM to 7PM, no notifications from the courier as to when they might arrive so waited in all day.
No collection so a complete waste of time.
Avoid this company at all costs!! They keep promising to resolve but clearly can't manage a simple return!!
