I ordered from Desert Cart Australia.
Thinking that what I ordered online is OK for import to Australia. My order was refused entry at border control and customs.
Monika worked with me on this issue- she clarified the problem. She explained it all well. Customs refusing the order was a surprise for Desert Cart as well. Considering the situation, Monika arranged an immediate refund to me.

I ordered a medical flask to transport temperature sensitive medication. It did not come, despite calling daily for 4 days, nothing transpired. I now have to leave the country and consult doctor in the UK. This and having to buy meds has cost over 1000 pounds. You cannot rely on this company delivering on time, or even worse, not keeping in touch with the customer to explain what happened.

My credit card was suddenly charged 699AED at 3am midnight by Desertcart, and thanks to the bank requiring my face scan (and I was sleeping) it could not be completed. Became aware of this when the bank sent me text messages. At first I thought there was a cyber-attack, then checking my DC profile, I saw Desertcart tried to initiate Desertcart PRO membership out of nowhere (I have no such intention and no consent - not at 3am midnight!). And my card info is not stored in Desercart, but it seems they store card info somewhere so as to initiate such a transaction by themselves! 1- Who and 2- how did this while there is no card stored in the profile: you cannot convince me as a system glitch - 699AED is nothing small. I emailed them just now, I need very clear explanations for the sake of everyone! Posting here so people become aware. I was happy with DC as some rare products having shipped quickly, but this is a complete deal-breaker!

I was a bit skeptical before ordering from Desertcart since it was my first time ordering from the USA to India. But things turned out very well - no issues at all and the product received was genuine and as described. The delivery was done within the specified time. Thanks to Jade for her help.

Review Body: I am writing this review to warn other shoppers about Desertcart's highly deceptive billing practices regarding their "Pro Membership." During a regular checkout, a subscription fee for the Pro Membership was automatically bundled into my total and deducted from my account without clear, explicit consent. This felt completely hidden and unauthorized.When I reached out to customer support to resolve this unwanted deduction, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The support system offers no direct phone line, and the agent response via chat/email was completely unhelpful, treating a deceptive opt-in as a non-refundable, final transaction.Desertcart needs to fix its checkout transparency and refund customers who are being auto-enrolled without clear confirmation. Check your bank statements closely if you shop here!

Sell products in an Australia website without true description which is non compliance with Australia regulation. Bought electrical goods which can only be used in USA due to voltage differences and dangerous . This is not clearly stated and sold in desertcart.com.au. When complaint was made, good was sent back and no mention of refunding my money and no refund was made. Once good was sent, their Customer Experience Consultant just disappeared in thin air... so doggy. I had to contact AFCA to get American Express to get the money back as America express lazy staff didn't want to investigate goods sold to Australian public which are non compliant with Australia electrical standard.
Avoid buying from them as incorrect description.

The chat is able to solve any issues very fast and easily. Tessa was able to solve the issue in under a minute.
