I was lied to by Glenn in Customer…

I was lied to by Glenn in Customer Service. I have a faulty product and he promised it would be collected from my address and then returned and I would be refunded in 8 days. None of this has transpired and instead I have to mission this item back to Amazon myself and then wait and wait and wait for an answer. Not very nice to be lied to
