I had a great experience with Desertcart, Allen went above and beyond to handle my concern and solve my issue with the yearly membership subscription. She was patient and understanding. At the end, I was satisfied with the resolution fairly entitled for both parties.
I'd definitely shop again from Desertcart based on my experience and customer satisfaction with Allen.

Dealt with my (unfounded) complaint pleasantly
I initially had concerns (which turned out to be misfounded) about the packaging of the product I bought. I complained but Glenn was very pleasant and explained. So overall he was very impressive.

Address Issue Solved
I had been having great difficulty getting my correct address entered for an order I had placed. After emailing the details Nusrat of Customer service sorted out the issue completely and I no longer have a problem, My order will be shipped to the correct address.

Wrong order but great customer/refund service!
Well the four stars is purely for the fact the wrong item arrived (which admittedly is significant) but the customer service from NAVA was FIVE stars as she liaised quickly, efficiently and ensured I got a full refund. No complaints at all when online ordering is fraught with possible complications.
