718 Cayman Washer Hose
911Design kept me updated on delivery dates due to item out of stock. Actual delivery date in line with expected date. Item packaging was satisfactory. This was an original washer hose for 718 Cayman, which was actually better than the original one installed on the car. Fitting was reasonably straight forward - remember to pull old hose out with string or similar attached so that the string can be tied to the new hose to pull it back through easily. Only required the old hose-hose connector to be transferred to new hose. All fitted and functioning properly.

I ordered chain tensioner for Porsche…
I ordered chain tensioner for Porsche not realising if I had went to Porsche it would have been so much cheaper than design 911, I assumed they got stuff cheaper from Porsche but I guess they don't, I'll know to check with Porsche centre next time

Thought about OPC, but then for something that is just going to sit in the boot of my car (hopefully unused) for the next 6 years, why pay twice the price?

Great parts selection but slow deliver
Great parts selection. Also helpful to have the parts diagrams. Fair prices. But the delivery was really slow and the bombardment of emails with updates about when the items were in stock was way too much, I’ll buy again but please speed up delivery

I’m French
I’m French, and before placing my order I sent several emails to make sure I was ordering the correct product. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was nothing like what I had requested.
It seems that everyone just forwards emails to someone else, and there is no proper follow-up or coordination at all.
