VERY POLITE HELPFUL AND HAVER SOME VERY GOOD DEALS.

Alfie was absolutely amazing when we booked our cruise. He was patient as we had a lot to consider and went through every step and answered all our questions. Oh and did I forget the price WOW! Thank you destination 2, this is our 2nd booking with them and couldn’t be happier. Keep it up 👍

We had a holiday booked to go to Abu Dhabi but as everyone knows the area is still very volatile and prone to change almost on a daily basis. We contacted Destination 2 to discuss our options. The Foreign Office were still advising people not to travel to the UAE. It was coming up to the date for us to pay for our holiday and we wanted to know what options we had given the situation. Destination 2 did not return calls or emails and come the date of payment they have kept our deposit despite over a dozen attempts to contact them to discuss what our options are. It seems like Destination 2 see the plight of their customers as an easy way to make some quick money. Their customer service is appalling and there is no complaint procedure on their website just a link to their customer services with whom we have made contact countless times to no avail.

Destination 2 were a pleasure to deal with, keely was very understanding great with my disability needs. Organising our Orlando was seamless, keely was outstanding very knowledgeable highly recommended

A lovely lady by the name of Preeti dealt with our booking and after we gave her all the details of the multi centre holiday in Malaysia that we wanted (which included 4 different destinations, 4 different 5* hotels, 6 flights and all transfers) she found us our perfect holiday for a great price. She explained every detail from baggage allowance on each flight, transfers to and from airports, how far the hotels were from towns and the Malaysian Digital Arrival Cards. After receiving all our documents she even called us back to check that all the information was correct. Would definitely recommend their services.

The agent I dealt with was Miss Keely Wraith, she was amazing, extremely kind, patient and listened to every I asked about and very quickly price matched my trip. I have used this company on 3 previous occasions and in truth they are efficient and all my booking were spot on.
If this company has 100 more employees like Keely they will do extremely well. It’s good people like that, that will create peace of mind for their customers. I highly recommend them and obviously wanted to take this moment to thank them.
