The Consultant, Nikita, was very friendly polite and helpful in booking our holiday.
The price of our trip was a lot cheaper than other web sites/companies and confirmation details were emailed immediately. Very pleased with the whole experience and now looking forward to a hassle free holiday.

Nikita was friendly and efficient. She was able to answer all my questions clearly. She was approachable and I feel confident that I can contact her if I have any concerns. I researched my holiday and found the website easy to use and clear, allowing me to adapt my holiday to best suit me.

Awful customer service. Cant speak to anyone and taking over a week to reply to emails.

booked holiday problem with hotel booked 4star they gave me 2 star phoned customer services told they could not deal with it and to email in sent email and no response i feel we have been mis sold and basically conned
not happy hopefully customer services get back to me and arrange a 4 star star as they stated and i paid for
