Just fabulous. Being a woman of a certain age, I've been suffering with night sweats. In desperation I bought a wool duvet and wool pillow. I will admit to being sceptical re them helping BUT I can now sleep , deep and long with no discomfort or sweats. Very very impressed . And I am nice and snug. Brilliant

After a good few years of use I put my much loved duvet in for a wash with my local dry cleaners. They destroyed it! Having phoned DD for advice as how best to proceed with claim against dry cleaners, they offered to replace my duvet and would take the matter up directly with the dry cleaning company as they were claiming it was a manufacturing fault. Definitely not! I did not seek or ask for a replacement but their customer service is second to none. Duvet arrived the following day. I am still livid with my local cleaners who have never even apologized for not telling me that the duvet had shrunk 50 cm in both directions when I collected it.

I cannot speak too highly of this company; of both their customer service and the duvet itself.
Having brought a double duvet quite a long time ago I had been niggled that there was a bit of a glitch with the size, nothing major, in fact I wasn’t sure whether to even mention it but thought I should to alert them to a possible problem.
I was overwhelmed by their immediate response, the offer of a new duvet which was way above and beyond the apology I was expecting.
I had already recommended their duvets and will now sing the company’s praises loud and long for offering service that I thought had gone out of fashion.

This company produces beautiful quality ethically produced products. I have slept so well since having the wool mattress topper and duvet. Customer service is superb. I really can't praise the company or product enough. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not to purchase, don't be.

FANTASTIC Product, The BEST Nights sleep we have had in years, it magically maintains a perfect temperature, my wife who has been suffering the effects of the menapause with night sweats for years has found the perfect souloution with this Duvet. Just bought a double wool mattress topper and I’m so pleased with it, I have tried mattress toppers from other companies and have had to return them but I’ll certainly be keeping the devon duvet one! Believe the reviews and don’t hesitate to order from them, quick delivery and products that are as described.

Bought a double bed size Devon Duvet (400gm) a year ago and it is the best duvet I have ever had. Keeps me warm in winter and cool in summer and is very comfortable. Love the fact that the wool is a natural fibre from British sheep. I can thoroughly recommend buying one of these duvets.

Did not buy direct from the company so I cannot comment on their service. Bought a mattress topper from them via John Lewis. The topper is well made and weighty, with good elasticated straps at each corner. It is certainly very comfortable to sleep on, we love it. Feels soft and luxurious. It does make the bed warmer though, which may be liked by some but not others..Hang it outside on a dry day occasionally, just to freshen it up. I wouldn't like to attempt to wash it, think that could ruin it. We love this topper, and may buy a Devon duvet too.

Great product from Devon duvets I needed something to soften my mattress so got a topper and it made my bed super comfortable I've been sleeping better since. Really fast next day delivery

I brought several items from Devon Duvets. A Duvet, Mattress Topper and a 4 Fold Pillow.
The Duvet is great. The mattress topper is very hot to sleep with and has been removed from my bed, I only had it on the bed for a few weeks and couldn't stand it no more. The 4 fold pillow is very hard I aired it every day gave it a good shake and refolded it but it was like sleeping on a brick.
Such a shame.

Complaint raised with CS, £175 worth of goods left outside my door in the rain, Emailed CS asking why it was not signed for. Emailed bounced, re mailed to their orders email address on Friday, Now Monday late afternoon no reply. Shame their CS does not match their goods.

Update: After review was published DD called me, after discussing they clearing they have a delivery chain problem and IT problems. They seem very helpful and say they will looking to the problems I had around IT. They confirmed all deliveries should be signed for. I appreciate companies that take notice of trustpilot reviews, I agree increase my rating, how i cannot put more then 3 star as I don't they have fixed their problems , quality products should come with quality products

I ordered a european-sized mattress topper - it arrived after the second day and had I ordered the item a bit earlier in the day it even would have arrived the very next day.
Unfortunately initially the wrong topper was sent (non-reversible instead of reversible), but no problem once I contacted the very friendly and helpful customer services: thank you Pauline(I hope I remembered your name correctly!) - the correct item was sent out immediately and arrived on the date chosen by me.
I of course took the opportunity to have a quick look at the non-reversible topper and its quality appears also superb just like the reversible one!
Would I order from Devon duvets again - absolutely YES!
