Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Sat down with us and helped us decided between two sofas. Even got us a tape measure so we could decided between both sizes and we could visually see how much bigger the one we wanted was compared to show room one.

Paul was so good! He was informative and clued up, showed us how all the function of our new sofa worked. He wasnt pushy and let us also have time to browse, trial and look ourselves as well as discuss our best options in private.

Great customer service.
After making our minds up on which sofa to buy, we were helped by Blake, He was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions.
He went through all the add ons without preasuring us and talked us through the payment options.
He was extremley professional, and was even able to make all the jargon of the T and C's a lot less boring. Thanks Blake, for all your help.

It's nice to meet someone with good manners and can explain things without being overbearing, we were made to feel very comfortable she explained all about what to expect and care for the furniture we have ordered.

Ordered corner suite.
Me & my family went into the DFS branch today to test out a sofa we were thinking of getting. After speaking to a gentlemen named Paul he gave us all the advice needed and we went ahead and ordered. He was excellent and super knowledgable with what was best for our new suite. We are looking forward to getting our new corner suite.
