Found a sofa in store that we wanted, a very helpful member of staff went through measurements and fabric advice with us before we purchased it. The sofa was delivered to us 2 weeks after purchase and delivered by two very helpful and polite delivery men.

Rubbish Chinese DFS furniture
Transpires that the furniture they claim in all manufactured in the UK is actually coming from China.
Reported problems with my super leather most expensive with sagging both on the seats and the arms.
Now had almost 6 months of bullshit so called service as in non existent and still nothing is done,

See DFS response! In fact pretty much the same response I have received since this saga began. I have given all the information they require over the past 5 months so see no point in making it public. However my next step will be the FCA as I took 4 years interest free credit and as such the credit provider is jointly responsible. Watch this space - if you are thinking of buying from DFS check out where the product is manufactured because if it is China and there are issue you can find like I have problems take a very long time to be seen let alone fixed if you are lucky.
