No furniture, delayed delivery, inadequate customer services responses
Placed order with promised delivery of 6 weeks or less. Based moving in date on this. No communication from DFS to advise it is late, only after I chased them. Excuse was out of stock, ridiculous excuse considering it's built to order. Cannot get hold of store directly. Terrible company to use - shop elsewhere if you want honesty & integrity

We have just ordered a 3 piece suite at the Basildon DFS Branch . Our assistant Dawn was very helpful and explained everything we wanted to know .
She then explained about the Sofacare package which certainly sounded a good idea so we have included that as well . The staff were all very friendly and we were also offered a coffee .10 /08 / 2026 .

From the moment we entered the Basildon…
From the moment we entered the Basildon showroom we felt welcomed. No hard sale no pushy salespeople just an “if you need us just give us a shout”. We found something that we liked (on our own) and called over Darren. His knowledge and advice (with regards to upkeep, construction and maintenance to retain longevity) was second to none. He was respectful and honest and yes we did buy. Really felt the honesty and his genuine advice.

Purchase of a sofa bed and single bed for my son.
Excellent from walking in. To the end, doing the paperwork.
Kelly p , greeted my, very friendly. Very good customer service.
We looked at the sofa I knew I wanted.
Then sorted out the bed.
We sat comfortably, and we went through care of the products. All the paperwork.
Before leaving the store, I had received emails, one of which Kelly p helped me do.
