DFS are useless. Basildon store incompetent.
The utter incompetence of DFS Basildon Strikes again.
Got a call to tell me that my 3rd visit to repair the same crap sofa would be at an socially unacceptable time.
Could not call the engineer back, as withheld number.
Ring DFS mainline and am assured that the time will definitely be changed and agreed it was too early.
Told, Basildon store would handle this swiftly. Surprise surprise nothing done and I have to turn the engineer away. The incompetence is top notch.
DFS of course avoid returning email and their senior leader buries his head in the sand, hoping it just goes away.
Do not shop at DFS🙄

Dawn Hammond was very friendly and helpful, asking if we were interested in something particular, then guiding us to sofas that interested us. We were offered refreshments. She talked us through particular aspects, such as heated and reclining seats. Very pleased with our experience in the Basildon store.
