DFS Furniture - Beckton Reviews 

I bought a bedframe which started to squeak 1.5 years after the purchase, however when the sound become so bad and I started to have a bad night sleeps I decided to report this to DFS, unfortunately i was 2 month late as the 2 year warranty for repairs has passed and DFS didn't want to hear anything about it. I know I have been late to report however I have been living with this problematic bed frame for long time and I believe company like DFS should have dealt with this case differently. Very disappointed with DFS and need to look for a new bedframe somewhere else

The 1st sales person was not clear to explain that we would need to pay additional amount for the sofa guarantee. We were made to think given wording the guarantee was included with out purchase until it was too late to cancel. Had it been clearly stated before we could have made an informed decision before agreeing to the purchase. This important cost was not made clear and it was hard to understand. Really disappointed at that. Afterwards Moreen helped resolve this for me so thankful for her.

Excellent customer service at DFS! We decided to buy the recliners sofa set and TV unit because Kumar was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. My wife and I visited DFS Beckton to buy a corner sofa bed. Kashish was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process.
