⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Brilliant Experience at DFS Beckton — Couldn’t Be Happier!

I recently visited DFS Beckton to buy a new sofa, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The whole team were welcoming, but I want to give a special mention to Mushtaq Ahmed — he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

Mushtaq was incredibly friendly, warm and approachable right away. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for — style, comfort, size and budget — and never once pushed me towards something that wasn’t right. He showed me different options, explained all the fabrics, durability and features clearly, and gave me honest, helpful advice without any pressure at all. It was such a relief to be able to browse and ask questions without feeling rushed!

His knowledge of the products was outstanding — he answered every single question I had with confidence and patience. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward, from choosing the perfect sofa to going through the delivery and payment details, making sure I was 100% happy before proceeding.

I can't say too much about the sofa as I haven't received it yet but what really made this experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Mushtaq went above and beyond, making sure I felt valued as a customer, and his friendly, professional manner made what could have been a stressful purchase actually really enjoyable.

Exceptional staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly was excellent in that she spent a lot of time during my multiple visits by going through all the details of the products, the measurements and giving advice on what would be suitable for my needs. I wasn't too sure what to look for as I was after a new leather sectional sofa (L shape) and Kelly was on hand all the time to advise me. During my first visit she told me to take measurements of my living room to see how much space I have to accommodate the new sofa and she could tailor to my needs when I return, which she did when I made my last visit to make the purchase.

Moyin was incredible! Extremely helpful and kind. Definitely made our buying experience.

Found the perfect sofa but sadly not in the material we wanted, however a sales rep was able to show us a similar model which suited our needs, was very knowledgeable about product, we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase.
