We had help from Amz in the Birmingham store . We was very disappointed at first due to your online stock checker telling us we could view the sofa we wanted there so 1.5hr drive only to find it wasn’t in store !!! This was very annoying especially as we had my 76yr old mother who was wanting the Fargo sofa & chair .
Amz was really calm, helpful and helped my mother who is deaf to choose a sofa in the colour she had wanted, he looked after us from entry to exit, made sure we would be able to get it in the bungalow etc.
Fabulous service from Amz…. Unlike his colleague who was quite rude when I expressed my anger of a long journey

Yes we did 👍🏽 purchase a sofa... thanks to Bal at the Birmingham branch ... highly recommended with his sales experience & lovely hospitality like we were on hoilday lol ... excellent product knowledge & gave us peace on mind about after careful policy & offered 4 years interest free credit which we didnt need but was very helpful to know ...so we took it lol

We were left alone to browse, but attended well while making a purchase. All staff were courteous when we spoke to them.

Our experience at the shop was very good indeed we bought a lovely sofa and the person who helped us to sell it was excellent he even offered us a hot drink we really appreciated this

Staff member (imran)was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Offered us tea/coffee and was very professional and polite. I came into just have a look but ended up purchasing my sofa.

The salesman Amjad was really amazing, listened to what I wanted & explained the item purchased & others sofas I was considering & in the end chose what I wanted with Amjads help. Also the manager Lewis was really helpful & very freindly. I would recommend recommend the Highgate branch as was very attentive as soon as i walked in Amjad just came over & asked if I was looking for anything in particular & the rest is all history. Also the manager allowed us even after we made the deal, as we wanted to go & view the other 2 sofa companies In the same complex to see if they had. But we came back in about 30 mins & purchased from DFS. Thank you.

The sofas were delivered in good time, however the cables to connect the sofas were not delivered, hence installation and connection could not be done on delivery.
I have contacted customer services and awaiting delivery.

The staff were very welcoming and informative, they listened to all my requirements and were very patient and accommodating.

Sandra at the Highgate, Birmingham branch was very thorough and courteous. She was patient while we made our decisions and explained the purchase procedure clearly. She did not pressurise us at any stage. She was personable and friendly.
