DFS Best of the bunch
Was given all the info we required/asked for without any pressure to make a purchase or being directed one way or another. Choices were left to us from the information we received which was more than can be said from other retailers that we had visited. The sofas and colours we chose were what we had been looking for from the start and the price was comparable with other outlets. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed whilst browsing the displays.

Enjoyable experience today at DFS Middlebrook Horwich, wandered around the store without being pounced on. Was helped by Adam who was very polite and helped me with my decision.
