Great experience!
I had a great experience in the Brigg store today, the showroom was lovely, so much so it convinced me to buy a rug which I wasn’t expecting! Colin was really helpful and talked me through the finance process really clearly.

Shockingly poor customer service for a…
Shockingly poor customer service for a missing couch.
Order placed in store on the 31st December with delivery confirmed by end of February. Call to request delivery finally received mid March, however, only one couch delivered. Nearly a month later and still no second couch. Weeks of chasing, being given new delivery dates and yet the couch is still not here. Finally today we understand that until the order is cancelled and reissued the system has a “ghost” order and we will be stuck in this loop. So I now have to wait another 9 weeks for delivery .The best compensation that can be offered is £180 or I cancel the entire order and am left with nothing. I feel forced to take the entirely inadequate compensation and wait another 9 weeks hoping my couch arrives. I am flabbergasted.
