Good Team work

Buying the sofa turned out to be a real pleasure. Zara was incredibly patient with us. She managed to combine my style and my husband’s style into one cohesive design.

The staff are great at informing you of your options and sharing honest perspectives about the different variations. It doesn’t feel like a product is being pushed. Farooq was extremely pleasant to deal with as was George.

Great, light display room, attentive staff but no hard pressure to buy just lots of helpful information. Get a staff member to show you the digital screens to be shown colour and design alternatives. All of this meant we did buy a new sofa and that process was made very simple by Neil. Clear information on care, warranty, delivery and finance options, all given during the sales process. Thank you.

Zara was very patient and knowledgeable with my many questions. She didn’t push for a sale, and was very honest when we asked questions. Felt very at ease to buy the sofa we wanted and not a sofa she wanted to sell us.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a suite from Dfs with the help of Riddhi. I cannot praise her enough for her exceptional service,she was incredibly knowledgeable,patient &attentive to all my needs. Her professionalism &warmth stood out.

When we first came in we were greeted by George who made us feel welcome he was very polite and professional the whole time and helped us find what we where looking for amazing customer service from all other staff as well

Very helpful, genuine kindness and time given, not rushed in any way. Loved that we could see our chosen couch on the large screen in the shape size and colour.

I bought a sofa . And have wited 3 week for delivery ..... fast delivery ... .

I am happy with my sofa. It is as ordered. I ordered online so no contact with sales staff.

However this review is about the delivery guys. Brilliant. Nice guys. Quick. Professional but wee bit banter chucked in. Wish I had money to tip them but im poor! The sofa is currently the most expensive thing I own, its worth more than my car haha. So sorry no tips lads but you were 5star

Felt very welcome and at ease from the moment we entered the store. I personally wasn't really looking forward to the experience, but it was made actually enjoyable and painless!! Neil who showed us around and talked us through the process, was brilliant. Friendly, very knowledgeable and professional

DFS Edinburgh – 5/5 stars

I had a really good experience at DFS. The showroom has a huge furniture collection with options at every price point, so you’ll find something affordable without feeling limited.

The layout and arrangement is fabulous too. Everything is grouped really well, so it’s easy to browse different styles and picture pieces in your own home.

What stood out most were the sales executives. They were very nice, gave us plenty of time, and didn’t rush us at all. Ryan and Neil were especially brilliant. They listened, answered every question, and gave all the relevant information we needed to make the right choice.

Great selection, welcoming store, and staff who actually care. I’d definitely recommend DFS if you’re sofa shopping.
