We got fantastic customer service at this store in Enfield. The member of staff was very welcoming, friendly and knew exactly what and how we wanted it. We were very pleased with our order and our experience was great. I had never bought anything from DFS before as I was always skeptical but after yesterday, I would go back there without any hesitation. Very good customer service.

Once we chose couple of sofa sets , was seen by Molly who explained in detail about the two different sofas. She was very polite , lovely smile, made us feel comfortable and we were able to have a friendly chat about our needs . So we went back another day after deciding on the sofa set that we chose. Went back to staff Molly to do our purchase. Great service
