Walked in and was met with a smile. Ami was Happy to help, knowledgeable on all products which helped make decision easier - good overall experience

The young lady who I had the privilege to show me around. was very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient she advised me to take my time in choosing, because it so important that I make the right decision and very good at explaining everything terms and conditions.

When we went to the store this morning we looked around for a bit before speaking with Emi a customer servicerepresentative in the store. She was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the product in store .

She sat with us for quite a while helpful us to find the right sofa that matches our budget, it was very kind of her to take the time to have a look around with us and the patienceas as well . DFS just need to make sure that more in house customer service representatives are visible on the shop floor to assist the customer more , other wise my experience visiting the store today was great.

Excellent service provided at this branch from Lisa. She answered all of our questions and went through everything to make sure we were happy with the selection. The branch has a large range of sofas on display and it's a pleasant environment. Purchased my first sofa and super happy with my choice.

I visited DFS along the A10 twice, first to look at the choices available and second to make a purchase, both times we were assisted by Molly who was friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. She thoroughly explained our options in colour, styles and payment options. We felt very well looked after.
