Excellent service by Vicki in the Hull St Andrews Quay branch.

After browsing for a short while my wife and I stopped to look more closely at a leather suite. Looking around for a member of staff one was stood a few paces from us, he strolled across as I caught his eye. He was very professional and informative, pointing out several benefits of the chosen suite. As it was so warm and me struggling a bit (as I'm disabled) he brought me a drink of cool water. What a courteous gesture.

Not too pushy, given space to decide on purchase. Realised the next day furniture would be too tight so changed order efficiently

Hi again, just had an upholsterer round 0700 he offered to do the same repair what had already been done and FAILED so it proves a design fault, but took a different angle asking about insurance which should never come into the conversation, these people are highly trained in defence of DFS and the crap products, we were told previously we had ordered a sofa with the soft seats and should have ordered a firm seat, this 22 years service upholstery expert told me their is only 1 class of seating on this model and that's mediocre to rubbish, no soft or firm, so back to square one but with a bit more knowledge to go to court, you need to admit fault and pay up, Chris Barker, the order number is with the other reviews, just below this one, check with Lorraine,

Didn't get pounced on as we walked in with puts me off straight away, sales man was knowledgeable and polite

From the moment we stepped into the shop, and told them exactly what we wanted, they were exceptional in their customer service. Victoria looked after us, and was able to take us to 3 different settees to look at. We spent much of our visit sitting very comfortably in the first settee we were shown, and then purchased . Victoria was very helpful, professional, informative and polite.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff, explained everything thoroughly in easy to understand language.

Great experience. Served by Kurtis who made the whole process really pleasant throughout. Looking forward to receiving my new suite. Would definitely recommend dfs and special thanks go to Kurtis.

So easy to find what we wanted

We came in looking for a specific surfer and the sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us sorted and explained every part of the process

Everyone was very helpful and it made our visit most enjoyable especially Sunni who greeted us as we came in and Phil who finally helped with the sale.

Not pushy very knowledgeable let us try all the beds and jump on the mattresses
Then went on to choose a 3 piece suite tried several until we found the right one Charlotte was exceptional made us really at ease

Kurtis helped with the purchase of my new sofas today. He helped me find the right one with no pressure, explained everything in detail, even down to the colour and location in my living room to make sure it would fit. Me and my partner are moving out into our first home and was looking for a suite and armchair to pick for our new home. We were helped by 2 members of staff who answered all our questions fully and was very very helpful. The salesman Bailey helped us through the procedure and gave us great advice on up keep of our new suite. Louie also helped us with our decision and they were both very friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommended
