The environment was very welcoming and every member of staff was polite and helpful. Our salesperson was Mo and he was brilliant. He gave us all the information we required to go home and make a decision and when we returned today he talked through everything again to make sure we were certain the suite was exactly what we wanted. Needless to say we purchased the suite.

Last week I ordered a new sofa set and they said it would be delivered in 12 weeks. Today I called DFS to ask if I could change the color of the set, and I was told yes, but when I went to the store, I was told no. Honestly, I'm very disappointed.

Jada was really welcoming and friendly and was very thorough with providing me with all the information I needed to make my decision. She explained everything clearly and checked with another member of the team on a couple of details when needed.
She told me about the 5 year care plan and explained its advantages but I never felt she was pressing me into anything.
