We recently visited DFS and were assisted by Mo, who provided impeccable service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience stress-free.

We had a fair amount of chaos with our children during the visit, but Mo remained professional, patient, and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed.

I received excellent customer service. The employees that helped us was very helpful in helping make our decision in which sofa to buy even after the store had technically closed. We ended up making the purchase and leaving extremely satisfied!

I was actually going to purchase sofa from the shop across the road however, sales rep of DFS was excellent and easily convinced me to make a purchase from them..

The whole process was really smooth, staff were really approachable and friendly. Explained everything about the sofa in terms of materials and how to make the use of it. Happy with the purchase

Amazing service! The staff at Watford DFS are honestly fantastic. I had such a lovely experience. They made us feel every comfortable, even offered water/coffee! The lovely lady who helped us, Kalpa, is truly such a valuable asset to the company. She gave us all the right advice and information that gave us clarity on the sofa we wanted to buy. Her level of professionalism and knowledge is commendable. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I went to DFS in Watford and had great service whilst selecting my sofa. The sales lady (embarrassingly I forgot her name starting with N) was very informative and gave me confidence the sofa I ordered is modular and will fit in my house. 5 to 6 week delivery is great too and a factor in selecting DFS who make my sofa in the UK Finance option is a bonus when selecting a sofa. I would certainly recommend DFS.

Satisfactory customer service

Sofa has only just been ordered, so can't comment on that yet. But incredible customer service from Moez, he really went above and beyond. Explained all the options clearly, the pros and cons, and he knew the range incredibly well. Also a very honest guy.
