Having just had some windows installed which included building a wall I was extremely pleased with the quality of the installation. The fitter was very good and clearly took pride in his work. Indeed, he went the extra mile to complete the job on time. However, the same can not be said for post installation services. It took many weeks of emails and telephone calls before a door broken during installation was finally repaired.

Thanks to DG Solutions for a great expirence with our new windows and door. Chris & Sam managed to get 13 windows and door worked through in 2 days which was fab. From initial quote to completion of the job was only 3 weeks or so. I would highly reccommend DG if you need new windows and doors.

I have given a well deserved five stars…Scott and Kirk were two very professional and helpful men, nothing was too much trouble for them. Two of my front windows were issued with the wrong glass however a quick call to the office to put the problem right and straight away the correct glass was made and fitted a week later by Paul and his mate another excellent job from them.. I thank Peter too for his help in getting the job completely finished to perfection I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

What a team, Mick and Dave fitted my windows in 36 degree heat, hottest day of the year.
They were thoroughly professional and by the time they finished it was like the window fairies had been. No mess as they cleaned up after themselves.

Lovely windows fitted as planned in record time, with excellent finish around the edges. Jack and Tijah cleaned everything up afterwards and left my house spotless.

Sadly the salesman was not so professional
An emergency meant we were not available for the measuring. The salesman was contacted and till this date, no response!!!!
Luckily the gentleman doing the measuring found us still at home and, as he had had a long journey to get to us, we delayed our departure to the hospital to enable him to take the measurements.

What a shame the fitters were spot on and the work was good
Unfortunately the manager was exceptionally rude swearing,if I had used language like this I would probably had the call disconnected
In most industries this would Have been a disaplinery matter,but since he says he owns the company it will be forgotten
The reason for the heated exchange was having been told by the salesman that you only have to pay on completion of the work,this is also on the sales agreement which states and I quote the balance must be paid immediately the installation has been completed.this was not the case as one of the glass units was the wrong size,I offered to pay once the unit was installed which upset the boss who then threatened to remove all the windows

Love my new windows and doors, fitted by Jack and Tijah. Good workmanship and very efficient and they leave everywhere clean and tidy .....

Don't use this company. Although the quality of the frames seems to be a good one , the glass window is very poor with scratches.
During the window installation in February,22 Ben installed wrong windows , but he didn't accept as a fault; handels were different colour at this point.
After lots of efforts from my side to contact the company and two missed appointments by the Service Engineer, he finally came in April to replace the handles and to look on scratched windows. The Engineer had agreed that two of them should be replaced. Since then I cannot make any contact with the company. They don't answer in their 0800 or 01295 number I have been given.
Furthermore, we had an installation done in February,22 and 4 months later we have not receive any certificates for the work.
Contract number 42509B - Hopefully somebody from DG will contact me.

Excellent team fitting our windows - James and Lloyd. Arrived on time and carried out the work very efficiently. Job was completed much quicker than we expected and the team cleared everything away after them. Great job.

The guys fitting the windows were great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of confirmation ahead of installation. There was quite a long lead in time (down to me) but I had to ring to check that they were still coming on the agreed day and I feel that they should have contacted me.

Most of the fitters we've had have been very polite and very tidy from the Exeter branch,some of the products have been below par, we've had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted,the only thing I'm not really happy with is the organisation dates which have let them down
