Brilliant company
I've used DG Solutions numerous times, this time they fitted a new front door. Great, neat work by Ron & Dan. Very friendly guys, we were cracking jokes from the minute they came :) The door looks amazing! DG are also fitting new patio doors for us next week. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding!
This is the second time I have used DG Solutions and again, they are so worthy of a review. Mike and Dave from the Hainault branch were the fitters and were brilliant! So professional, courteous, respectful, polite, the list for these guys could go on and on!! They also went over and above to help me. Mike didn't like the way a door swung open (previously fitted by DG), before I knew it it had been fixed and that door had been bugging me for 6 years. Plus they left the place so clean and tidy afterwards!! I really cannot emphasise how great they were and will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family. DG - you are lucky to have these guys working for you.

Very pleased with the service I received. Stuart and Bob carried out the work very quickly and made sure everywhere was clean and tidy before leaving. They were a very nice couple of workmen.

New Windows
On Monday 16 May 2022 I had 5 Windows fitted by Billy and Danny. I have nothing but praise for their workmanship. They worked hard and left everything neat and tidy on leaving. Two very polite young men, who worked well together. What an improvement to my bungalow!! However, I did find the sales experience rather "pushy" by the MD.

Great job!
Chris, Bill & Dan were fantastic, barely stopped over the 3 days they were here. Left the house and surrounding area clean and tidy and we’ve noticed that the windows have make a real difference with noise reduction.

Great experience throughout
Mark and Bradley fitted new windows in February and a new front door and porch windows in May.
The work was fantastic, they worked so hard and I was very pleased with the finished result. Everything was cleaned away when the job was finished.

Worked well for a fortnight…
The process of arranging my new door to be fitted went very well including the fitting of it. New door worked fine for the first two weeks and then the locking mechanism failed. I am currently left without being able to lock my front door (I am 86) I spent over an hour and a half on the phone line (on Saturday morning) without it being answered. It is very difficult to find Hywel to instigate a repair under the warranty at the weekend.

Great Service, Great windows!!
From start to finish a lovely service. The sales team were not at all pushy. The fitters, Stuart and Bobby arrived on time. Covered all the carpets and furniture and just got on with it. They did a lovely job. My windows were really old, they had beading attaching them to the windowsill and I wondered how this would affect the new windows. But Stuart took off the horrible beading and put a new finish on them and the windows look amazing. I am really happy. If I could afford it I would have all the windows changed asap! Definitely would recommend them.
