**EDIT** I just wanted to make you aware that despite what the company said in their reply here, no effort has been made to contact me or resolve my issue.

No show, no call on installation day. I was given the run around on the phone and finally told they wouldn’t be coming. No offer to reschedule, and the agent was snarky with me when I asked. They called back at 12:21 to say they could come after all, but didn’t show up or call AGAIN. I booked a day off work especially and had to waste the whole day waiting for them when they had no intention of coming. My attempts to contact them have been completely ignored.

Rude, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Buyer beware.

DISGUSTING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....It has now been over 5 MONTHS since my first Review NO Contact from DG Solutions, I am now contacting THE DOUBLE GLAZING OMBUDSMAN - NOW UPDATING THIS REVIEW STILL NO CONTACT FROM DGs CUSTOMER SERVICES - OVER 3 MONTHS NOW, CONCERNED ABOUT SO CALLED GUERANTEE - WILL NOW BE TAKING LEGAL ADVICE ON THE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY - SHAMEFUL SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO COMEBACK ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - Two Fitters arrived from the Exeter branch with the front door and 8 out of the 9 windows ordered, we decided to have the door fitted but wait for the windows until they had them all in stock, they ripped the old door out severing the BT cable in the process, fitted the new door very badly you could see daylight through the side of the door, (the wind was howling through it) had no trim no threshold, their service engineer came and rectified the problems took photos and was excellent, the windows were fitted on 17th March, 4 fitters arrived fitted 9 windows, left mess everywhere debris in our brand new bath on closer inspection it had been chipped and stained, scuffs on the walls, windowsills, etc. we contacted Ben Bush the Exeter branch manager with photos of the damage Ben assured us that public liability insurance would cover it, now he's telling us it is down to the fitters insurance, we have had no response by email from them, we are having to call them continuously, would never recommend this company.

First time using D&G Simon and bobby did a great job leaving the area clean and tidy after completion. and did a great finish. Only issue was a incorrect widow but have been assured this will be put right by the company.

This is the second time I have used this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
The fitters "Mark & Alex" were polite, helpful and efficient and we had no left over mess to contend with when they'd completed.

My experience with DG Solutions was good from my very first contact with them through to the installation of my windows and door.
Jack & Martin were professional and considerate on the day of installation.
I would use DG Solutions again and would not have any reservations in recommending them.

Placed an order 4/1/22 for double glazing. Survey carried out10/1/22. Fitting booked for14/3/22. Windows fitted over 3 day except for two arched windows. Promised to fit these week after. Over 2 month later still not fitted. Unable to get a reason why. I’ve been told they initially forgot to order them then they were broken on delivery?? Also not able to get the manager of the Exeter unit to ring me back. Fitters arrived yesterday to fit but didn’t have the required cills and end caps. Tried ringing today but no one to talk to. Totally useless customer service. A manager from Essex rang me two weeks ago customer satisfaction follow up call. He thought the job was completed. Promised job would done asap. Again false promises. DG Solutions if you read this help.

Strongly recommend DG solutions, very pleased with the windows & the two fitters (sorry can’t remember names) was very helpful.

Outstanding aftercare. Bought windows and doors 6 and 10 years ago respectively and both have just recently needed a bit of work (blown window and minor lacquer on the door peeling). Came out and resolved both without delay and were incredibly accommodating considering both issues were outside of their warranties. Will absolutely use this Company again.

Good workers, cheerful and done a excellent job

Terrible company, pushy sales tactics and the bloke they sent to install my new door was the grumpiest person I've ever had the misfortune of meeting who also seems to have damaged my wall when removing the old door!

Highly recommend!! Very pleased with service from start to finish. Very professional and kept us informed throughout. Windows look nice, are strong and do the job. Competitive price and really happy with finish! Kept the area clean and tidy and were swift in their application of windows and back door. Plus got an NHS discount!

I had a new front door fitted by Rob & Ricky, they have done a great job, looks amazing, but not easy lock from inside, I think the lock system needs adjusting.

Would recommend DG solutions from start to finish very professional, efficient and turnaround was quicker then expected.
Replaced all our windows and they look brilliant.

Just had new conservatory panels fitted all old removed roof supported new panels fitted. All done by Paul and Alan once work completed the site was cleaned up all glass cleaned and area swept great job completed

Had my windows replaced recently first class service from start to finish. Thoroughly recommended

Had a front door fitted but it does not close properly so requested it to be fitted correctly. Fitter came and said it was missing a part and he would order one. That was 2 months ago and I can get no answers from the Exeter branch. I get the impression I am being fobbed off. After sales service is nil

Very prompt service from original enquiry to installation. Windows look great and wellmade. The fitters were very pleasant and jolly and efficient and made no mess. All round an excellent service and would recommend.

I am 100% satisfied with the work carried out on my house. I have had 17 windows and my french doors replaced. Four men led by Mick, worked extremely hard and completed the job in 3 days instead of 4. They were courteous, tidy, efficient and had pride in their work.
A picture was accidentally knocked off the wall but they kindly mended the frame and replaced the glass-what a lovely thing to do.
I am so pleased with the whole job, right from the salesman Tony, Andy who did the measuring and Mick with his team of merry men (who enjoyed my regular supply of refreshments)!
Several people have admired my new windows, hopefully it will lead to more business for DG Solutions.
Finally my new windows have given my house a new lease of life.

We had a new roof fitted for our conservatory. The guys who fitted it were great and we're pleased with the finished job. Customer service was awful though. After they had taken our deposit, we had to chase the company a number of times to book an appointment with the surveyor. Then we heard nothing for weeks. The fitters turned up a day late (not their fault - they had been given a different date to us). I wouldn't use the company again for this reason.

Just had replacement windows and patio doors fitted by two young men, Bill and Danny. Hard working, clean and tidy. They work well as a team. Reliable and trustworthy. No problems at all. They are just finishing off. Very happy with their workmanship. Would definitely recommend them.
