Very pleased with the new inside door and partition for our porch. The salesman didn't pressurise us into buying the most expensive option. Despite having to wait a bit longer than expected for the surveyor to follow up, everything else went well.

Our fit team (Spencer & Aaron) did a good job, and finished quicker than expected. I was worried there might be a mess left behind, but everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Do not use this company!

After you have paid the deposit, customer service is atrocious! It took 3 month to fit a front door with no communication about what was happening. I have phoned several times to try and sort things out with them and any promises to investigate and phone back have not happened. When I finally spoke to the Branch manager today, I was accused of withholding payment of the balance, even though I am still waiting to get my return phone calls.

There is more but I am not willing to share here but please do not use this company unless you are willing to constantly call them.

I can say that the fitters were pretty friendly and tried to be helpful. I am sure that they must sometimes get the brunt of peoples frustrations at the lack of customer service.

Recently had a couple of windows fitted to the front of my house. Really love the quality of them and it's made such a difference to our home. Thankyou so much for helping us out, it's really appreciated

Mick and Dave gave us a Brilliant Double Glazing window installation. They were polite and very professional. A very neat and tidy job.

We recently had 11 windows installed by DG solutions and we are very happy with the result. The fitters Mark and Alex did a very professional job. The windows themselves are of very good quality. We can already feel a difference in the overall temperature in the house. We were asked to pay the balance of the cost prior to the installation being fully completed which we found a little strange but based on the quality of work being carried felt comfortable to do so.

Great experience the windows are amazing and the price was unbelievably good!

DG Solutions fitted my bay window, two upstairs windows and a front door. The services have been good overall. What I would like to promote is the installation of the products. It’s refreshing to find people who are conscientious. Gary and Duncan worked hard and diligently during the two days installation and Paul worked on my door. They are an asset to the company.
Regarding the products, the first thing I noticed was the insulation of the rooms and hall way. The windows and door have just been installed so I can not comment further. Time will tell.
Finally, please acknowledge this praise to Paul but especially to Duncan and Gary.

We have just had our bay windows replaced by DG Solutions. We are extremely pleased with the result. They look amazing. The fitters Nigel and Sam worked extremely hard, they were friendly and efficient and tidied up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

had had full instalation of front, rear and patio doors, and all windows to our property. Excellent standard of product and installation was as agreed. The installers, Phil & Liam were totally provesional, courteous and we cannot praise them highly enough. They encountered a couple of issues but wnt the extra mile to ensure our installation was correct, great team!

Good solid windows, fitted with a minimum of fuss. They arrived when they said they would, fitted them and left.

Had new windows and doors fitted ie the whole house.The fitters Jack & Martin & 2 other guys who came with them the first day where excellent very professional and very fast they did not stop,very tidy cleaned up after themselfs.Jack & Martin came back the second day to finish the window and front door,The doors and windows look Fab

Second time we have used this company and very pleased with the results. The fitters, Jack and Martin were excellent. They were very efficient, tidy and fitted our door and window to a high standard. Would recommend.

I can't can't fault the work that was done,quality and workmanship was excellent.No key left for a window and have now asked 5 times to send me one which I have been assured would be put in post promptly,still waiting since January.We planned to have more window fitted later this year.Sales rep quoted us since then we have been pestered with phone calls,strange how on one call we were quoted over £11.000 less than first quote,if we put a deposit down.I don't like their tactics and would not buy from them again.
My advice to them is be honest with people,some people will be took in by their scam.

I can’t give enough praise to the two lads who fitted my windows, both Cameron and George were polite, hard working and just a pleasure to have in my home. They were very respectful and both did their job to the highest level! The windows are fantastic! Well done DG Solutions!

Had 9 windows and a door fitted. In the 3 days that Gary and Duncan were here they did not stop. Very professional, polite and tidy. Definitely 5 star recommendation.

Aaron & Stuart arrived, I was alittle worried about my daft dogs but the lads put us at rest, offered refreshments though out, the lads did not stop working, great team effort, the product is great quality without doubt, left the place tidy, it's like a new house, am so very happy and impressed

Great service from start to finish. Salesman wasn’t pushy at all and gave us time to think about what we needed. He was happy to return to discuss the changes and our fitters were polite and tidy. Didn’t really know they were there!
