The box was ripped on one side and the pieces weren’t even glued properly, had to glue them and put black texter on the rip in order to make it decent enough for a gift. First thing I noticed was the multiple gray stains that I needed nail polish remover to get off and the strong smell of plastic. The flap of the bag is uneven and the clasp doesn’t close evenly either or smoothly. There’s a scruff on the writing, which no other reviewer seems to have gotten. I thought buying it with the box would protect it more, still I think that the box took most of the damage on transit but still got some defects on the bag unfortunately. Was really hyped for this purchase as most bags, like LV, are well produced on this app.

I have a seller place FAKE USPS tracking numbers on my order. Customer Service IS USELESS. Lost 500$ & counting ALREADY HAVE CONTACTED

Ordered two football shirts in size M. Communication is bizarre with messages saying payment not received and my questions not answered properly.
Thought it was going to end badly but two perfect football shirts arrived 13 days after I ordered.

I placed two separate orders with DHGate, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The first order arrived completely damaged. To make matters worse, the second seller used the tracking number from that first damaged order to fraudulently claim that my second order had also been delivered—when in reality, it was never even fulfilled.
DHGate is a platform that actively protects its fraudulent sellers. Their dispute team consistently sides with the merchants, completely ignoring the overwhelming evidence provided by the buyer. They deliberately make the resolution process so tedious, time-consuming, and exhausting that most customers simply give up out of sheer frustration.
However, out of principle, I refused to let it go. After a month of contacting their customer service every single day, I finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company and successfully got my money back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. I will never shop here again.

Always get my football shirts off here. Always top notch, cant tell the difference between them and real!! NEVER had a problem.

I ordered a football shirt that arrived completely defective, with a huge ugly seam right across the chest where a hole was poorly repaired. The seller refused to help. I escalated the case to DHGate, and they just closed the dispute, forcing a 50% partial refund on me. They protect bad sellers instead of cheated customers. A absolute joke. I will never order here again. Save your money!

I will be honest I can only go off personally experience with DHgate, and I have never been disappointed with what I have. You will be saving a fortune buying from DHgate instead of wholesalers, even if they get one or two orders wrong it is still worth it. Delivery however is a bit long but when you’re paying £12 including Delivery for something that’s normally £100 in a shop you don’t mind waiting three weeks lol. DHgate is perfect for all U sports fans the jerseys are perfect. So all in all love this website

Many of the buyer photos attached to positive reviews appear fake and misleading. I ordered a pair of shoes about three weeks ago, and after two weeks the item still had not been shipped. The seller ignored my concerns and failed to provide clear answers. Instead of sending the product I paid for, they later tried to push a different shoe that was lower quality and a completely different color.

I repeatedly asked for a refund, but customer service was useless and no one took responsibility. Even after opening a dispute, the seller told me to cancel my claim first before they would refund my money. This is a common tactic that leaves buyers with no protection.

My experience with this seller and this platform has been terrible. Poor customer support, misleading reviews, unprofessional sellers, and no accountability when problems arise. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller and think twice before purchasing from this website.

Make it easier to get a refund when you don’t receive an item! There are too many complicated steps and then they don’t work! You can’t even talk to an actual dhgate representative. Pjtucker will not refund me for an item I never received! Very disappointed with customer service and accountability from the vendor!

This seller and this platform are not trustworthy. They do not send the correct order, and when you try to return a product because it is not as it should be, they close your disputes and do not want to help you. They deceive you and do not respect customer rights.

By far the most crooked organization I've ever placed an order with. The delivery never came yet they supposedly supplied my credit card with a proof of delivery... do yourself a favor, do not order from this company, 99% you will not get your items or any customer service whatsoever

I ordered a pair of italy shorts. Took 2 months to come. When they did come they were real madrid. Dont trust or ull be scammed. Waste of time

Very disappointing experience.

My parcel (tracking number GFNL26142001552022) was marked as “delivered”, but it was never handed to me personally. I was home at the time of delivery, no one rang my doorbell, and there was no PIN verification or signature required.

The delivery driver later confirmed that he had left the parcel downstairs in the common hallway of my apartment building instead of delivering it directly to me. When I went downstairs shortly after receiving the delivery notification, the parcel had already disappeared.

I reported the incident to the police and filed a formal complaint with GOFO. After completing their investigation, GOFO officially confirmed that the parcel had been lost during transport.

Despite this official confirmation, I am still without my parcel and have not received a refund. I have spent weeks filing complaints, opening disputes, contacting both the seller and the carrier, providing evidence, and following every requested procedure.

As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be caught between the seller, the carrier and the dispute process while still being left without the item or my money.

What concerns me most is that parcels appear to be left unattended in publicly accessible areas without any attempt to contact the recipient. This creates a significant risk of loss or theft and leaves customers to deal with the consequences.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DHgate service.
