I honestly don’t know why anyone would choose DHL as a shipping partner. The tracking information is jgarbage, the shipping time to customers is extremely slow and they do not communicate. Cheap is not always a good idea.

This company is broken. No response to multiple emails. impenetrable digitized ‘customer service’ tools. The chat was so useless it was almost funny. I should have taken a screen shot. When I finally did get to a human, he demanded to know who gave me the number (it was from my 3rd attempt at the chat) and told me I had the wrong department. ‘What do you expect me to do, I don’t know any of those people’. He gave me another email address which I added to the four that were already not responding, and re sent a request to simply respond. Nothing. My shipment sits in their Miami warehouse, having missed a consolidation for the Caribbean. My, and my freight forwarders’ multiple emails remain unanswered. Who pays for the extra costs? I suppose I should be happy to simply get my stuff safely out of DHL’s hands. This remains to be seen, and I’m concerned. Wish me luck. Nobody needs this hassle.

For 1 week they kept telling us we will get back to you within a few hours. Shipment has been sitting in their warehouse for 10 days and still hasn't been delivered.

I wish i can give them 0 review pathetic service i have ever gone through when i track my parcel it always say arrived at this destination and when i call them they say its not their yet then who the heck they updating over there,such an headache. I dont know why they give estimate time if it takes week later than that i told them this parcel is timely sensitive they gave mệ estimate time and it never arrived .. i m so done with them never ever in my life trusting DHL . Worst company ever.

Paid for an expensive overnight delivery, then the driver came out of the blue, didn't ring the bell, didn't leave a note neither the package was left!
I offered to go to their warehouse to pick up the package, but they don't do that, so, now, they don't have another attempt until 24 more hours or the next option is 4 days!

My package was late but I received a email stating I requested to change the date after chatting with a representative concerning my packing being on “hold”. Upon speaking with a representative I was told no worries you”ok have it Monday by end of day. No why did I receive a email stating I requested it to be changed which is a lie, it was delayed on DHL end. I’ve been waiting on my package all day!!! They wouldn’t even let me speak with a representative. Dont delay my package a lie and say I requested it!! Worst shipping company ever!!!!

I ordered checks from my bank and DHL left my checks in Georgia at a facility for two months instead of continuing the delivery to Florida. Having to have the bank reorder the checks. Totally unacceptable!

Irresponsible. They left my order at any house and said it was delivered to my address. I got in touch, because the order never arrived, and they said that it was delivered (IN ANOTHER HOUSE) and that they couldn't do anything. Huge irresponsibility, terrible professionals, I'm disappointed.

I SIGNED THE ONLINE NO CONTACT FORM AND TWICE THEY DID NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE IN THE FRONT DOOR. THRY WERE SUPPOST TO SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY ON A FRIDAY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. I HATE HOW THESE PEOPLE WORK, ITS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The purpose of a delivery date is for it to be delivered on that date. How do have the package just sitting in the same city it’s supposed to be delivered? That’s what I chose the express option for. It’s always something with DHL

I would have given no stars if I could. DHL is worthless. If you are placing an order from someone who uses DHL for delivery do not place the orders. You probably won’t ever see them. Also forget about customer support. I don’t think they know what that means.

Still can’t reach anybody at this place, they always say they are in a meeting call back in an hour , DHL is ridiculous

Made overseas purchase just prior to Christmas. My first experience with DHL. Overseas transit seemed fast enough, as did state to state transit. Problem(s) began with local delivery. After original email from DHL informing of pending delivery, I signed up for status updates using link they sent. "Out for delivery" status update first appeared 12/30/2022 @ 0924. As this item was a pricey one ($6000) I elected to stay home and wait for it. All day. No delivey no status updates. Tried to "Chat" with their computer but that almost never works with ANY company. Next tried their voice automated assistant, which gave me very little time to enter tracking no.
(Aprox 5 sec.) before informing me package was "Out for delivery" this was @ 10pm. Then connected me to customer service which was closed for the weekend. Started Googling to find options( since none were forthcoming from DHL itself, and found they are virtually nonexistent. Sat 12/31/2922, today, status updates began @ 0730 and have continued till present 4:30 pm. 31 hrs and counting waiting on this delivery which I can't even be certain of its exact whereabouts. I had to give a 1 star rating to write this review. Only time will tell if even that is deserved

Quite possibly the worst carrier service on the planet. Crappy updates, slow ship times, and customer service is all but non existent.

I have been waiting for a package from Japan. It took 1 day to go from Tokyo to Cincinnati, and it has not moved since. It has been seating in their Cincinnati hub for 4 days already and it not moving. This is unacceptable especially since I paid their highest fee to get it in 4 days. I will never use DHL ever again.

Trustpilot you should get a another star with a negative behind it. This company is so horrible. I dont know why The Attorney General has not closed them down. I hated to give them one star. I have had a package sitting some were since November 16, 2022. With the same complaint. Always going to get delivered the next day. The package never comes. This company collected a Duty Tax Also. How can they collect government money then never deliver the package. My package was valued at over 1100.00 Dollars. 11-30-22 Tomorrow never comes. This was located in Missouri at Their Hazelwood location.

These delivery drivers are lazy, incompetent, and unreliable. DHL will provide a delivery date and time, and then the drivers will just call it a day near the end of their shift, and head back to the warehouse with undelivered packages, and then deliver them a day or two later, whenever they finally get around to it. This is after paying for “express service”. This company is a joke. Note all the 1 star reviews. Unfortunately there are no other available shippers for overseas.

My husband ordered a grill off eBay. It was supposed to be here ( AR) by Sept 28ish. We'll today is November 1st so not here. In investigating the order on eBay it was shipped though this company & Wes delivered to Brooklyn, NY it was even signed for by someone with another name. Customer service is HORRIBLE , no help. I couldn't talk to a real person & all they said was they couldn't find the order & we had to contact the seller. Even after I explained that it was sent from China & there was no contact info except a na.e that was only a bunch of random letters. The were not only unhelpful but rude. No One should ever use this company. Granted my husband should have looked & seen it was originating in China, but it was delivered & signed for to the WRONG state. NY is a long way from AR. It's like they delivered it next door & since it had to be signed for the delivery person should have seen it was the wrong addressed & a on the wrong side of the country. I wish I could give it a negative 5 but that was not an option.

I needed to get in touch with CS I wasn’t even able to write to them everything is answered by a computer and if you call them no one answers. They should think how unfriendly and extremely inefficient is this service.
