DHL cancelled the delivery of parcel 1330724441 because the driver thinks that driving in a traffic jam on the road is dangerous. At the same time, the parcel had the status "delivered" all day long. At the end of the day, after my question: when will the delivery be, the DHL representative Julie M-ll, said that the delivery was during the day. And the driver suddenly decided not to deliver the parcel, since the driver was in danger on the road all day. Taxis drive, buses, even trams drive, I'm not even talking about ordinary people who drive normally in traffic jams on the roads. But apparently the DHL driver was in a traffic jam after the holidays, since DHL made December 31 a day off. Perhaps your driver didn't realize that December 31 and January 1 were days off? Next year, give yourself ten days off at once, so as not to invent a "danger" when driving on the roads in traffic jams on January 2. Everyone understood what a "danger" the DHL driver was in on January 2.

DHL Express Customer Service is a bunch of low-competence people. I have had contact with them several times, they write standard formal responses. I have written complaints many times to which your low-qualified service has still not given me official responses. It is better to use regular mail services than to deal with DHL Express. In addition to the fact that you wrote a response almost a month later, even now you are not doing anything specific to correct the situation and do not intend to do so. I do not recommend anyone to use DHL Express services.

Dreadful company. Avoid if possible.
DHL LIED about attempting to deliver a parcel today.
They made NO attempt to deliver (I was in all day). And LYING about that has only made their incompetence worse.

Never on time. Rude customer service and not helpful.

Never delivers home always an excuse that the package is at a service point instead, IF I wanted that I would have chosen it from the beginning.

They claim:
Attempted DHL delivery - wrong consignee address
Which is not true - probably too thight time schedule so they didn't stop....

Oh boy, here we go again, another bad review from me with another courier service.

As mentioned before, I attempt to not write negative reviews but Jesus, DHL eCommerce has seriously disappointed me. I had recently ordered a gaming chair from John Lewis, but obviously this chair had to be delivered through DHL due to John Lewis “Delivery in 5 days from our approved supplier.” Forced option.

Let me tell you, I’ve not had an easy week, first off, I hear my parcel is finally at the delivery depot, and originally meant to come on Wednesday (04/12/24) but I had to re-arrange delivery due to me not being home as it requires a mandatory signature. Thursday comes by and I see, “We’re sorry but the delivery of your shipment has been delayed. We expect to deliver on the next working day.” Not only was I annoyed but also pissed to the fact it was my day off but just to learn my parcel is not coming.

I then again, re-arranged it for Friday, today, guess what? Same message, I was absolutely appalled as I had to take today off to ensure I was home to collect a parcel that’s STILL not coming.

I got tired and sent it to a collection depot at this point, but aside from all of this, steer FAR AWAY from this courier service, even their customer service is appalling.

No space in my local pick up point and so DHL decide to drop it off at a location that not even a local pick up store.

Always something happens. Or the app doesn’t work when I have to update something, or nobody calls the door and say that they did, or they forget to drop the letter with code to pick your post up on the packstation. 50% that you’ll meet an issue with them.

Does not accept BankID if I don't fill in my complete first names.
This problems only occurs with DHL.

Express deliery stopped/deviated in Duesseldorf. The tracking is so bad, it lags and sometimes takes multiple refreshes and it still doesn't show up. Update, that's all I need. If the package is unable to arrive today then update it immediately so I don't sit here all day to wait for a package.

Not to mention how vague the ETA is, I had to google up what ''end of the day'' delivery meant for DHL. I got different replies ranging from 5PM up to 10PM. Well, I doubt it is coming tonight since it's already 9:30PM and the package just got updated being in Germany 20 minutes ago. That's not even within my country. WHY IS THE MULTI BILLIONARE REVENUE COMPANY THATS BEEN AROUND FOR SO LONG, STILL. ASS. I'd rather relive highschool seven times over than to choose DHL again.

Delivery is too costly and takes forever. You would expect express delivery given the prices.

The package arrived 4 days after ordering, without damages or any defects.

DHL Express Sweden is the wrongest Place to send packets through. They do not keep records of pacels sent through them. My Items were misplaced and I was told they could not trace the parcel as the tracking details have been removed from their system and no one is to be held accountable. I regret using them.

Waiting more than 2 weeks to receive a package within Sweden but they advertise that they deliver within 2-3 days, according to their tracking information the package is waiting more than 7 days at one of the intermediate stations.

The nearest delivery point to me is jungruplatsenslives.
But why put it here at Direkten Åby Arena Spel & Konfektyr?

wanted delivered to a postbox(ibox) but delivery was made to packet delivery place that was far away.

Wake up! Tracking delivery never upgraded.

DHL truck at Brändåsen Sweden 20:00 July 25th was very reckless in traffic. Pushing the truck before several cars while ignoring basic traffic rules. The driver was laughing and giving a bad image of DHL as a company.

I had an expensive package from another country, paid an expensive import fee to DHL and was waiting for the package to arrive. After almost a month of waiting for it, without getting any notification by email or letter, I got an email stating that I had a week to pick it up from DHL service point that was almost an hour away from my apartment. When I went there the next day after receiving the email, they told me that my package had already been sent back. The customer support that I called gave no help, and just kept repeating that I needed to contact the sender again.
