Your service for my most recent order has been awful! I ordered 1 week ago and my order status says in transit but I discover they haven’t even reached DHL yet?? What’s going on ?? I’ve tried calling and emailing with no replies and being told a reply can take 24-48 hours!! I needed this order for an event on Saturday but looks like that’s not going to be possible now unless some strings can be pulled. I’ve ordered a few things from your company but this is putting me off ordering again! Please can something be done to get it to me by Saturday??? If this had been actioned yesterday when I tried to contact there might have been more chance, but here we are another day wasted. DIADORA can’t have such bad customer service surely? Blushield Torneo 3 AG, look to be great quality, can’t wait to use them. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Took quite a while to get from Italy to the UK but I’m sure the wait will have been worth it!

Absolutely crap company ! Their customer service sucks from top to bottom. Could not create an account so ordered as guest, and after - the company claimed they could not credit the purchase to the account.
Second - the shoes had a serious defect - they only asked me to send it back and get refunded within 3 weeks ! That's it. No initial offer for compensation or anything or a sorry we screwed up or so. That is absolutely not an acceptable standard

Was looking for a pair of Mavericks but found the Winners on sale for $50-$70 and had to grab 5 pairs. the shipping was super fast.

Fast delivery, had ordered one size too big, was handled quickly and without a problem. Now I know which size I exactly need, I'll order all my Diadora sneakers from the site

Diadora has a great selection and styles. The products "Made in Italy" usually have much better feeling materials and quality than those that are not. I just wish they would use better quality zippers like YKK, and not have such large tags inside all of the garments. The plastic zippers they use are bad, and I always have to cut the massive tags out and it is a nuisance.

No idea what the question asks as I cannot speak Italian, but the reason for the low score is:

1. The item (shorts) are completely see-through making them impractical to wear unless I want to show off my underwear to everyone

2. The return process is horrible, no information provided what to do with the parcel, had to phone customer services to find out, why is this info not provided during the return process?

issue wasn’t that the shoes arrived damaged and that can happen. The real problem was the poor customer service and the frustrating process that followed. When I contacted customer service, I was met with rudeness and very little helpful information. Attempting to resolve the issue through the website was equally unproductive and unnecessarily time-consuming. I was instructed to place a new order, which I did, only to have it canceled a week later without any explanation. When I followed up again, I was told the sneakers were out of stock, despite them still appearing available. Once again, the customer service response was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially telling me that it wasn’t their problem. I like the sneakers and the brand, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere in the future. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a paying customer, not as an inconvenience simply for trying to make a purchase.

I HAVE THIS SHOES BEFORE, they are Excellent, but my overall expiration shopping 🛒 🛍️ directly from the page, was awful. I try to take advantage of 1st buy discount, instead was a nightmare. $80 bucks on shipping. On top of a Duty TAX of $100 bucks. And the discount was just 17$… This complete disaster made me feel bad for the finish product. Especially after I look at eBay and find the exact same product for $150 bucks less. Awful

Great quality sweatshirt — soft, warm, and well-made. The 100% cotton feels premium, and the fit is perfect. The color is absolutely gorgeous, even better in person. Clean design with a bold logo makes it easy to style. Highly recommend!

The heel counter of my 1 year old mercury sneakers was cracked. I complained and had to sent photos. I must say a very good follow up from the Diadora Service Department. They refunded the sneakers quickly. Nowadays you do not see this good service very often. Very happy with their service department.
