I bought a pair of Diadora Mercury Elite from the online store based in Italy.
The package arrived in Greece 2 days later with DHL. The whole process was outstanding.
Bad thing for me was that ordering size 45, it turned out that I needed the 45.5
I followed the process of free return (everything was clear in the package) and now I am waiting the refund, in order to re-order the correct size.
Probably a process of changing the size without refunding the money and re-ordering would be great from a customer's point of view, but this is how the company works, and I respect that.

Mixed experience with the product and timeline for delivery. Firstly, the delivery timeline stated by the delivery carrier DPD notification was longer than the ETA stated on Diadora's website which led me to believe the items would not arrived before I left on holiday. Luckily they were on time as stated by the e-store SLA. Next the quality of the MAGIC BASKET DEMI CUT SUEDE LEATHER trainers were not at the quality standard that I expected as the tongue of the shoes are not of the same leather material as the uppers, but a very cheap feeling polyester / synthetic fabric with the internal foam padding showing on the end trim instead of it being stitched closed like most trainers. The PANTS & JACKET COURT DIADORA CLUB track suit in Saltire Navy were of very good quality, colour and fit and I was very happy to wear this outfit several times on my holiday.

Great looking trainer... really pleased initially... sadly, poor quality ... lasted three months of average use. Tried to engage Diadora but little interest in learning about the issues or correcting - they did apologise for the inconvenience. Great trainers but only for display purposes.
