I am planning a surprise proposal in November and wanted to be as proactive as possible in shopping for/ordering a ring. After some internet research, I landed at Diamonds Direct. There, I was connected with Diamond Expert Ginny. Let me tell you, this experience was unparalleled! Ginny proved to be super knowledgeable, resourceful, PATIENT (I can be a little much), and courteous. She helped with everthing from finding a stone after the one I originally wanted was bought, to explaining financing and my insurance options. When you’re taking a leap as huge as a proposal, having superior customer service from a kind and dilligent expert goes a long way in assuaging concerns and mitigating anxiety. I’m eternally grateful.

As for Diamonds Direct as a retailer, I found it exceptionally easy to shop their website, find applicable updates after I ordered, and apply for financing. Their selection of stones and settings is immense. Everything was elegent, product descriptions were comprehensive, and I found (through research) that the designers were some of the best. Narrowing things down was easy with the Ginny’s help. If everyone there provides the level of customer service that Ginny did, then Diamond’s Direct is your way to go for an engagment ring.

I am enormously impressed with what you and your team do at Diamonds Direct. I had the pleasure of visiting the Charlotte location back in December, where I purchased a diamond solitaire engagement ring for my cousin. I was assisted by Aaron and Schuckie, and I must say—these two gentlemen exemplified class, professionalism, and true decorum.

While the entire staff was warm and friendly, there was something uniquely personal about the service I received from Aaron and Schuckie. I didn’t just feel like a customer—I felt like I had made friends. That kind of genuine connection is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of your team.

On a return visit this week, I was exploring several watches in consideration of a future purchase and once again received outstanding service from Aaron. I also brought in a watch that needed two custom links added. That’s when I was introduced to Scott, the watch professional at the Charlotte location.

Scott listened carefully as I explained how I wanted the links removed from one watch band and added to another. He assessed the situation with quiet confidence and immediately knew what was needed. Sure enough, he was absolutely correct.

While I waited, Aaron offered me a beverage, and I enjoyed a chilled bottle of water—branded with the Diamonds Direct logo, which was a classy touch. Just minutes later, Scott returned with my watch, and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly. It was tight before—uncomfortable, really—but now it felt incredible on my wrist. It honestly felt like a bit of magic had happened.

From the moment I’m buzzed in by the friendly staff member at the front door, to the way the team always greets me warmly, this Diamonds Direct location consistently makes me feel welcome and valued. There are several familiar faces now, and I’ve come to know many of them like family.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire Charlotte Diamonds Direct team, especially Aaron, Schuckie, and Scott. They continue to deliver top-tier customer service and perform well above standard. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are something I deeply respect and appreciate.

I can’t say what my situation was, but man let me tell you Ginny was the most amazing help. Above and beyond diamonds direct is lucky to have an associate like that working for them. We got a recommendation for Diamonds Direct from a friend and decided to go into the store "just to look". We met Chrystal and she was wonderful! Chrystal showed me a large variety of settings and was very knowledgable. The designer happened to be in the store that day too and she brought in some new settings. I feel in love with a setting and Chrystal found a stone to match. Two months later, my boyfriend proposed and the ring is just beautiful. Diamonds Direct gave me the perfect experience for getting an engagement ring for my fiancée and then the same, stellar experience in getting the wedding band for her as well.

I worked directly with Mac at the Raleigh, NC location and Mac was hands down the best, most real person I could've asked for. At other places I shopped around at, I was met with the pressure to purchase right then and there without looking around. With Mac, there was no pressure to make a decision because she was so confident they could provide exactly what I was looking for. I ended up walking out that day with a ring purchased. The service was so astounding that we will be using Mac and DD as our main jeweler moving forward.

Mrs. Mac is literally the greatest! I had 0 experience or knowledge about engagement rings and the wedding process in terms of jewelry in general. When I reached out to make an appointment, Mrs. Mac was with me every step of the way. She is patient. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She made the whole process feel like I had complete ownership over every decision. She gave suggestions but was never overbearing in any way. Her excitement and passion in what she does rubbed off on me and made my process the best experience I could ask for. My fiancee couldn't wait to meet Mrs. Mac after I told her about how I picked her engagement ring. It was a no brainer who we would work with in choosing our wedding bands. We feel as if Mrs. Mac is a special part of our wedding process and that speaks to her friendliness and report she builds. 10/10 every time I met with her!

I went in not really looking for anything specific. Zac Rumor was very helpful and i eventually did decide on a diamond bracelet. After purchasing i did notice that there was a discrepancy on the price. When I brought this up to Zac he was very helpful in making sure that any discrepancy was quickly resolved. In addition, the bracelet was too large for my wrist. Zac had the bracelet adjusted and had earrings made for me at no additional cost. I would definitely work with Zac again in the future.

Kimary Bourret was an absolute blessing! She was able to get an engagement rent for my fiancé resized in less than a day! What an absolute asset to not only this location but the company in general. She deserves all the praise in the world!

When we first arrived, Haliegh gave us a tour of the store and learned about all the different jewelry available. Shelly was very friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all my questions about diamonds! So happy Shelly helped me find the diamond and setting that I have been looking for a long time. And to spoil me more, Bryan sized my ring the very same day!!! I had so much fun! My husband and I will definitely shop at Diamonds Direct for all our jewelry in the future. Great experience buying engagement ring and wedding band from this store! Natalie, Kevin and Tamir have been very helpful and patient with us. They answered all our questions and helped us pick the best diamond for our budget.

What a beautiful store with kind and helpful people. I went in to add diamonds to a pair of pearl earrings missing the stones. Amanda was so helpful, suggesting use of a pair of small diamond studs rather than waiting for loose stones. This idea saved me $200 and the earrings were ready before the end of the day! They’re beautiful and I’m happy about the entire experience.

I worked with Ginny - she was personable, asked all the right questions - sent all the best link options over for what I was looking for and within my budget. My husband bought my eternity band and diamond with diamonds on the side to match eternity band here in 2017. We have brought it in to have them clean it every once in a while. However, on our recent visit Monday, St. Patrick’s Day we were greeted by a lady with a beautiful smile who took a chain of mine that was a gift years ago from Underwood’s and the clasp was flimsy and starting to break. She showed us a new clasp and told us it will be ready in a couple weeks. Thank goodness it didn’t break while wearing it or I would have lost my beautiful diamond. As she was writing our receipt she offered to clean my wedding band and buff it and I could come back in two hours but I waited until the next day and she was there and ran right over to me remembered me! Excellent customer service and once again impressed with this store. Alessandra was her name and definitely an asset to your company.
