Item did not arrive.
After 2 weeks, tried to contact vendor, but did not receive a response to email messages. Contacted PayPal, but then responded to pop-up from vendor asking me to contact them to resolve issue. However, was unable to make direct contact by phone. so went back to PayPal to seek a refund, which they dealt with with their customary efficiency.

Bought something that wasn't it stock and the website didn't show it. I was told that it was because the logistics weren't up to date yet in a specific area. Still the costumer support was really fast to refund me, apologized and asked if they could help. When I asked a question via mail 2 days later, the answer arrived only a few minutes later. Also the person on the other site was fluent. One of the best experiences I had with costumer support ever. Sadly didn't get the part, but was at least asked if I wanted to wait for a restock.

Quick service, good price. I have fitted the new screen and it is working fine. 5 stars for the service but the reason I have only given 4 stars is that I will need to know how it works over time.

**UPDATE Seller told me to pay extra at a repair shop to fix the mistake with their broken frame that came with the screen**
**UPDATE 2 Seller changed refund offer from 'return item for full refund' to 'return item for £20 refund**

Screen has a fault which SELLER KNOWS&ACKNOWLEDGED it will stop working quicker than fitting screen and reassembly of the phone. Screen+frame are subpar quality. NO AMOLED, coarse "glass" you could sand wood with, sim tray slot has NO ejection trigger so my sim is stuck inside the frame. (seller told me to spend money to fix the issue!? Offered £20 refund if I return the screen+frame which now contain my work sim due to the tray ejection button not being present in the frame as it should be.
