Really good quality doors

Really good quality doors for a great price which included all the door furniture. Delivery was when they said it would be. I would certainly recommend Distinctive Doors.

Fantastic quality and value for money

Fantastic quality and value for money. Customer service were very helpful and the guy who delivered helped me carry the door up some steps to the house. I've not fitted the door yet as finishing the door properly takes time. But it will look great when it's done. I would recommend Distinctive Doors to anyone. Thank you Distinctive Doors.

Beautiful doors, well delivered.

An easy process to order 6 bi-fold doors. Office phoned to advise on delivery time. They were delivered on time, driver was very polite. Doors fitted as advised, and they are beautiful!
Only negative comment - can instruction guide be printed on larger piece of paper! Current instructions are not very clear for those who need spectacles!

My carpenter gives them the thumbs up.

My carpenter says he thinks the doors are the best he’s seen, lovely quality and finish.

He’s set them to prepare for installation in my house so I don’t yet know, but I trust his opinion.

Ordering easy delivery poor

To order with delivery was straightforward the issue was the delivery details said 7am to 6pm waited in all day nobody arrived no information sent until the following morning (SMS) which said they will deliver today. I know delays happen but to put it right just contact the customer to inform them not SMS the next morning

Thanks for your review, but is this one for us?

I ask that because we did speak to someone on the phone before delivery and once we had confirmed a delivery time slot we sent an email confirming the following: 'As discussed, we have scheduled your delivery for Thursday 22nd August 2019 between approximately 14.00 - 17.00'

Our delivery driver returned with his paperwork on Friday, and when we checked the route all his drops had been completed in the allotted times.
