What a great company, ordered 5 solid doors, sun evening for potential wed delivery. Gentleman called Monday first thing to advise one door was unavailable until Jan, I was happy to change. The guy then said he would check delivery wed and the team did a fab job, confirmed delivery, arrived on time Wednesday. Great service, great quality doors in grey, and super customer service, will definitely use again for our upstairs doors.

Was told to expect delivery between 9am and 1pm I was amazed when the delivery turned up at 10.15am that day more so when I asked the driver where he was from that morning expecting him to say he had stayed over night locally but he had driven from Sheffield
That morning now that’s unusual dedication in this day and age so well done distinctive doors your service and product is first class

However, (having dragged my way through making a fairly large order), your customer service needs some serious work.

On at least two, maybe three calls with a lady (J***), I was really surprised at the things that she was saying to me and the way in which my perfectly courteous questions were being answered.

i.e. "hi X, how are you, just checking that you received by order" to which she replied something like 'well, how would i know that????

A fair few more comments like that left me really struggling to understand how anyone can do business like that. :(

Maybe she was having a bad day, but honestly it made the experience quite unpleasant.

Purchased a complete pre-hung door set (oak farmhouse external door). The website was really easy to navigate and detailing my order was very straightforward. Once my order was placed, production and delivery was speedy. The door appears to be of excellent quality and finished to a high standard. The fact that all the door furniture and locking mechanism were fitted prior to arrival made fitting the door a very quick and easy process.

Very pleased with the service from distinctive doors and the quality of the product. We need further doors and will definitely be using them again.

These doors are of really good quality and are delivered by a good company, as in their own drivers on a date arranged!

I had a carpenter come to look at fitting them. I asked if 3 hinges were needed and a heavier sliding track. He said no, then went to lift a door and changed his mind. Yes you will need that as they are heavy. He lent the door over and said, ah real doors, don't see those often!

They do need careful and correct treatment though if you want to keep them looking good

Really please with the personalised service and the doors are top notch. They called me to agree a delivery date. We agreed on a Sunday PM - that's a first!!

In a different league on every level to all the other suppliers I checked out, that were either a lot more expensive, or much lower quality but still cost more.

Helpful staff and excellent products. We ordered on Monday and the door & frame were delivered on Thursday. We had been let down by a previous supplier and so this was just what we needed to get back on track!

I ordered the door and I received a confirmation email very quickly plus information about the delivery which as I lived in a different city to where the doors where being sold was the next week. Then a couple of days before the expected delivery I received a phone call saying it would be delivered on the day I expected and gave me a time - it then arrived early on the day and the chap who delivered it was very pleasant. Although this door was bought over the internet the service felt very personal.
