Good, happy with oak front door purchase. Great delivery system. Second time we’ve bought from here. However, please check prices as website front page rarely matches what’s behind the clicked item, this could have been during sale or clearance transition but customer services were not accommodating advertised price and no offer of alternatives.

I ordered 5 internal pre- finished oak doors. Two different sizes. I spotted them at an excellent price compared to everywhere else on the internet. When placing my order, I noticed an offer of free door furniture. That was an unexpected but well appreciated bonus.
After placing my order, a confirmation email came through but it was only then that I had the opportunity to see when they would be delivered. That was a few weeks away. Fortunately for me, their schedule for delivery to my area was exactly when I needed it. In the meantime, they telephoned me regarding delivery dates and then confirmation emails came through. The day before delivery, a time slot was sent to me. Order arrived exactly on time.
The doors were dropped off outside my house ( my request). I was asked to check the packaging and that was that.
The doors were hung by my carpenter without any problems.
He commented on their quality and the quality of the ‘free’ door handles and hinges.
It is only fair to say that Distinctive Doors did their job to perfection and for that I am happy to give a 5* rating.

Really pleased with my experience. I found this website just before Christmas and the pricing was the best I’d found. They managed to sort delivery in the week before Christmas. I hung the doors and the quality of the doors were fantastic, they look great. Really recommend

So far, so good. Got an absolutely beautiful American Oak Bifold Door for my bathroom. It feels really solid and it making an impression already. The delivery was fast for a door and straightforward. I just need to return an oversized door handle I bought (I misread the measurements) so I am yet to see how they handle returns - I can find the option on the website so I have emailed.

Prefect, within two days would have been 5 stars, product 100% spot on.
