Distinctive Doors Ltd 

I have purchased 8 oak vaneered doors and all were good quality and the delivery was swift and the communication was accurate and as frequent as needed.

We’ve had 3 doors from these guys now and all great. Can’t fault the quality of the door & it was also our joiners preferred company. Will use in future.

We received our beautiful door ahead of the expected date and are really pleased with it.

The door hasn't been hung as yet but it is a really good looking door and we think it will look superb once in situ.

Really happy with the doors. Was a bit apprehensive as they were in the clearance section. I shouldn’t have worried as they are all ok. In the process of applying the door oil on them all and it has brought out the beautiful oak colour. They are quite a heavy quality door. So glad l purchased these doors.

Doors & furniture delivered on time. One size door was out of stock, but was informed before hand and quite happy to wait for them to be delivered. This is the second lot of doors I've had they are a fair price & good quality.

In a world where a lightbulb is delivered in a box the size of a small family car and with enough foam to choke a donkey to have a door delivered with nothing more than thick cling film was a bit of a bit of a surprise. I checked the door on arrival, but as with any busy household only spotted the knocks when I was admiring the very well made door. Just some foam similar to that used on picture frames or window panes would provide adequate protection.

This company is outstanding. The initial ordering, delivery etc all went perfectly: the product was great and the price extremely reasonable.

Almost a year after delivery a crack appeared in part of the oak frame. This was a manufacturing fault, and can obviously happen with natural materials.

What was staggering was how Distinctive Doors dealt with it. They sent someone down from Sheffield to Suffolk within days, apologised, replaced the entire unit (frame, windows and door), and paid for the fitting. I was even able to select a different design as the original one wasn’t quite to my taste.

I really can’t praise them highly enough for their friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. It’s so rare to encounter a company like this nowadays. I recommend them unreservedly.
