The items were cute but cheaply made. The belt buckle of the snake belt snapped! All I was doing when it happened was sitting. I've worn it no more than 5 times and it's already broken. Extremely disappointed. I really liked it, too!
Also, one of the dresses I got was clearly not made for women larger than a B cup. My boobs spill out of it too easily.

Item was bought as gift . This needed exchanging for a different size . The process and customer service were great . Will definitely order again .

Honestly the only thing that makes this company is their clothes, not the people. Or the customer service. You have to give them order numbers when they already have your money and order number. But a lot of times they want proof. What? It shows proof on your screen. They argue over the smallest things. They have trouble understanding or maybe they just don’t care enough to actually read and understand what they need to do bc your order hasn’t arrived or you need a refund. Honestly if there was another company that made clothes like this, I would never use them.

Loved both dresses I got, but I had to exchange one out for another size. The customer support was amazing and that was the smoothest exchange process ever! Now I have 2 wonderful dresses, and I will soon be ordering again ☺️

Love the piece but I hate all the emails you keep sending. I’m pretty sure I already unsubscribed but I’m still getting these emails to review. These emails even discourage me from reordering just so I don’t get even more goddamn emails.

Beautiful clothes fast delivery

Great service, timely delivery, however quality of product could be better for the price. The seams don’t sit right, particularly around the bust, with the inner fabric rolling to the front. That said, it’s still nice to wear, and a quick stitch to add a closure will fix the issue

Disturbia is my go to! But I'm writing this review because of their wonderful customer service. I placed my order in June, my shipment was 3 weeks still a no show, (disturbia orders have at max only taken 4 days to get to me as I don't live far from one of their warehouses). They told me to wait an extra week and once I still hadn't received my package. They expressed a new order to me that same day and I got it with in 48 hours. The people I spoke with on the phone and over email were a delight and prompt.
As for their clothing, the fabric choices vary, but their pricing is always adequate, and the pieces I still have (which is quiet alot) are still in pretty good condition considering I wear often, (my wardrobe is minimal and seasonal).
Their jewelry tarnishes but that's acceptable to considering what it is and cost, but even tarnished they still look great, it just gives the look more edge in my opinion.
I do wish they would expand into night sets that aren't just sweatpants and a T-shirt.

Disturbia continues to make clothing with fabric that is beautifully eccentric and wonderful to touch. I'll be back again and again for the products. I also find that Disturbia is easy to work with. When I've had sizing difficulty, they've been happy and very fast in working with me.
