Cannot rate Dockleys highly enough and am genuinely so grateful we got them as estate agents. I really don't think we would have got our house purchase through without Adam and thanks to him we are now living in our dream house and renting out our London property!
Adam went above and beyond as an estate agent - we had lots of issues with both the purchase of our house and renting our flat (none the estate agents fault) and nothing was too much trouble. He chased other suppliers for us (e.g. solicitors and mortgage brokers) making it a much easier process for us when working full time, and meaning we managed to get the completion done within the stamp duty window. We never once felt that he had forgotten us, he always checked in even just to check things were still proceeding well.
Even when things got difficult Adam was always friendly and professional and also brought a bit of humour to the situation which was much needed at times!
Genuinely could not recommend them more!

Our first Tenancy arranged by Dockleys was excellent , the second Tenancy arranged by Emma and Dockleys was beyond amazing . She organised everything and the tenancy changed seamlessly without any hassle at all . Hats off to the team it was a truly professional service .

We bought our first home with Dockleys and Ignatius was a star from beginning to end. On the ball, communicating at any time day or night - just to make sure we were OK and knew what was going on. It was a long road for us because of some difficulties with Help to Buy, but Ignatius helped make the journey feel worth it, and kept us sane along the way.

As a first time (plus an overseas buyer), Ignatius has helped us along with the whole process starting from browsing options to contract exchange to key collection and handover. There were multiple obstacles and blockers in these 5 to 6 months purchasing process and Ignatius has been patient, efficient and polite in helping to solve all these problems, with a very quick turnaround time to reply messages in different timezones. My partner and I are very glad to have such professional agent for our first time property purchase!

I recently used Dockleys for my house purchase and the service was second to none. Adam and Ignatius kept me updated every step of the way, I viewed several properties beforehand and they had such amazing knowledge of the local area which really helped me to make my decision. Going forward I would only use these guys, fantastic service!

Dockley's were recommended to us by a member of the family and we could not have been happier taking their advice! It has been a considerable number of years since we moved house and were a little unclear on how the process might have changed. Adam Dockley and his colleague Sue guided us smoothly through the entire process and we were impressed how they anticipated issues before they became a problem. They worked hard to achieve the price we needed. When the first open house received offers close to the target price it would have been easy for them them to recommend we seriously consider the offers. However, their advice was to arrange a second open house a week later. We were delighted to receive two excellent offers. After Adam & Sue spent time understanding both interested parties situation we again followed Dockley's advice on which would be the better party to proceed with. The whole sale was completed in record time without a hitch. My recommendation is to use these guy's. Their experience shows through in everything they do and, importantly, there is no confusion on whose interests they are focusing. As the seller I could not be more pleased with the end result. Have now had 2 home experiences with Dockley’s one as a home seller and one as a buyer. Both experiences were 5 star and I recommend them fully on either side of your real estate requirements.

Very quick sale achieved using Dockleys, I was wary of the lower exposure of using a smaller agent but in the new world of everything being on Zoopla/Rightmove I find it hard for the likes of Foxtons to justify their fees (over double). Communication with Dockleys over the process was solid but has some room for improvement but that’s my only gripe. Can’t really complain when you sell quickly at a level you’re satisfied with.
