I fully recommend using Dockleys estate agency. We moved during lockdown and viewed the property via online video only. The video was clear, insightful and painted a true depiction of the apartment, more so than any other online viewing we had experienced.
Dockleys have been quick and efficient despite lockdown restrictions and have been extremely friendly and approachable throughout. I've enjoyed my experience with them so far.
Dockleys we love you!
Well... what can I say about this AMAZING company? I was made a fool by another state agent, paid the holding deposit and didn’t get what I was offered.
We contacted Dockleys regarding a property that we loved, but we couldn’t afford the holding deposit, since we lost our money to the other state agent.
Then Dockleys came to rescue us, offered us help to learn about the rules so we could get the money back and treated us as any other agent had done before. That is why this guys are outstanding: easy service, direct and continuous communication, lovely people and a company with heart that helped us when we were in distress.
We closed the deal with Dockleys and I couldn’t be happier! We live in an amazing flat thanks to them.
I would recommend Dockleys to my best friends and family.
Thanks Lauren, Emma and Maria!
We love you!

Always available night and day 5 ******
Had a great experience with this company.
Having been interested in a few properties over a period of time over christmas, i was kept up to date with any new flats they had that fitted my needs.
Lauren was really friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience as stress free as possible in this climate.
But sadly due to COVID i had to return home and did not rent with them this time.
However the 24/7 treatments i had to make my potential move less stressful was 5 star i was able to ask the smallest and most complex questions and was met with enthusiasm and knowledge.
This is not my first rodeo and i was more then impressed at the team.
I will certainly use them again when i can return.

Worst Experience of My Life
Dealing with Dockley's was the WORST experience of my life and you should stay away from these estate agents at all costs. They are unprofessional and should not be in the line of any client facing business.
I signed a lease to rent a flat, and didn't know the flat belonged to a friend of the firm who buys flats and rents them for a business. Despite having a term in my contract saying I needed to clean the flat upon moving out, it was filthy upon my arrive. The toilet, the floors, the carpets, the oven,... it was not cleaned at all. The agent, Chloe, also promised me the walls (which were also filthy) and carpet (filthy) would be painted and professionally cleaned, which again they were not and then she denied every saying this to me.
I called Chloe to get this sorted, and she went MIA for weeks, didn't respond to my emails/calls/test , nor did anyone else from the office including the owner Adam when I requested to speak to him directly. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and rude. I actually ended up getting a panic attack from this entire ordeal and in the hospital!
The problems with the flat continued... the showers were broken also for over a week, so I was going to the gym to shower. I wasn't allowed to speak to the landlord directly so I had to go through Dockleys, which from the above, you can imagine was painful, and since the landlord was their friend, he got the preferential treatment, and well I guess I got the crap treatment.
Anyways, I got out of that flat after 6 months, I couldn't deal with Dockley's ignoring me every time I called with an issue.
So anyone thinking of using them or going through them to rent or buy, I would think twice. Use the franchise estate agents (like Foxtons) since they at least pick up your calls!

Dockleys Letting Management
Dockleys are a very professional and responsive business. Always attentive and highly recommended. They will work long hours to give you the letting service you need.
Sold my flat on London City Island
I have recently sold my flat on London City Island, at a time when pressure is very much on sales and rents. Dockleys were excellent at both advertising and viewings to the apartment. Communication was good and Adam took personal attention to dealing with the buyer. At a time when other agents are resorting to fake adds and promises, this company stayed true. First class service. thanks Adam and staff.
fake asking price
Canary Wharf office has a fake ad that states asking price of £430k. After an offer, and the agent then demands £20k higher ABOVE the original asking price.
On another ad from this agent, made an offer around the asking price, and this
ad is subsequently removed, with no reply, no explanation or call, despite follow-ups.
Dishonest, baiting, unscrupulous practice.

Friendly agency
Friendly agency, made the letting process very easy and good online system to track what’s happening and needed.
Dockleys are an extremely professional…
Dockleys are an extremely professional reliant company. We had the pleasure of using them to sell our house. They were extremely efficient, taking the pressure away from us when selling our property.
Corrupt
Estate agent changed from London Property Management to Dockleys with a days notice (transferred during tenancy), very untimely, unresponsive and outrageous fees.
Took 3 months to finally get maintenance to fix mouldy seals in the bathroom inside the apartment.
A no show for check-out and handing of the keys and over 3 weeks post tenancy to get a conclusion to our deposit and still unresolved.
Got charged for over 160 GBP for cleaning of a tiny studio apartment after we left the apartment spotless and much cleaner than how we received it.
It was classed as "good/domestic clean" and they insisted "professional clean" even though the contract stated "clean to a good standard", the only red highlighted points were dust on the skirting boards which possibly came up as the apartment was only checked by the clerk a week later than the initial check out date.
Abysmal customer service, trying to sneak in hidden fees and very unprofessional.
The Heating providers were waiting for confirmation from them that we actually ended the tenancy, they answered them 3 weeks late and we now have to incur the excess heating, even though it's not much, but still shows their level of responsiveness.
Dealt with Emma Woods (who is the head of lettings - astonishingly) and still awaiting our deposit, wouldn't touch these corrupt estate agents with a barge pole!

Tenant- Happy Overall and Good Experience
Had a good experience with the team at Dockleys. This was my first time renting through Dockleys as I had been with my previous in-house letting agent for 3-years.
The offer and reference process was really quick and easy. Huge thanks to L and M for the quick turnaround.
I was a bit worried based on the reviews I had read about Van Mildert but I had no issues whatsoever with Van Mildert and found the reference process very easy and straightforward.
One of the reasons I decided to go with Dockleys and not my in-house agent whom I adore was because of L and M. L was very open and lovely upon my initial query and turned things around really quickly.
M is a rockstar and is so lovely to deal with. She handled all the paperwork and comms all of which was very seamless and easy. M was also very accessible and kind.
I had a few minor teething issues with moving in and E as well as M made sure it was all sorted very quickly. M called to check on things after which I really appreciated.
I am happy with my new flat and many thanks to the lovely ladies at Dockleys.
Dockleys, the estate agents who care about people, not just property
Had a very good experience with Dockleys and can certainly recommend them. Adam dealt with my first property purchase and really went the extra mile, during a crazy year everyone was super helpful. They even printed some documents for me and delivered them to my house during lockdown when I had no access to a printer so I could sign them on time. It's nice to finally find an estate agent who cares about the people and not just the property. Will use again :)
Great First time buying experience
Dockely’s made our first time buying experience very stress free even during a pandemic. Adam was really fast at getting back to us on queries, and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Great team
The team at Dockley’s were professional and helpful through every aspect of the sale of my property. Sue was in regular contact with myself and the buyer. My sale wasn’t made easy because of issues I had, but the team at Dockley’s were patient and helped me out throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Adam's a really good guy and busted a gut to sell my flat.
Sadly due to Covid and the volatile market that we're in we never quite got it over the line, but he clearly worked relentlessly to try and get it there.
Buyer
We dealt with Adam at Dockleys who was fantastic from start to finish. He was very friendly and had a great professional and helpful attitude at all times. Covid has of course made the house buying process a hit more drawn out than usual, but throughout this Adam remained very responsive. Highly recommended!
Lease and Move in Process is a Mess
Dockley's is lucky to manage a large portfolio of lovely properties. But the work ethic of their property manager E will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Paperwork will take weeks to be "drafted" after weeks of promises and chasing up. "We have plenty of time for your move". No one wants to give notice at their current accommodation without a lease drafted up. The lease was drafted up incorrectly and had to be amended. Nothing was ever done correctly and had to be amended consistently. The day before I was meant to move I had zero information on what the move-in process would be I was told to pick up the keys at the concierge. I was never given the number nor the address to my building concierge. E straight up told me she had no information about the concierge for me. There were a lot of red flags to this move-in process as emails would take days to get responded to and we honestly felt that we had been swindled until we managed to find out the concierge's information ourselves. The way that E does business comes off as scammy. There's a reason why someone left a review below saying they are scammy because that's how they come off. Repairs and inspections were not done on the property prior to us moving in despite us being told via email that the documents were in a drawer. Basically nothing was ever done when it was meant to. We had two separate sets of cleaners show up to our flat the day we moved in and the day after. One of them just let themselves in as the estate agency had called two different companies and didn't keep track that one of them had already showed up. E was nowhere to be found most of the time during our pre-tenancy but when it has come to argue back and forth with us regarding fair criticisms of her she has time to answer emails in a timely manner. I can't begin to tell you how ironic this is. The referencing with Van Mildert was a huge mess and as a result, I added another star as they were understanding of our frustrations with them. Van Mildert sucks. However, E unprofessionally rubbed it in my face that it was her who got me approved and not all the fiancial documentation that I provided her with. That email also went unanswered as well. The rest of the team at Dockleys was lovely but unfortunately, the person who manages it all ruins the experience for everyone else. I hope that someone at Dockleys takes heed to this lack of management, poor behavior and rectifies it.

Outstanding service by Dockleys to get us our perfect home in London. Adam was very professional and at the same time very approachable and fulfilled all our requests on viewings the flat multiple times before we accepted. He always responded to our queries on time and made the whole process very seamless. He is very friendly and the made the whole buying process very enjoyable. I would very much recommend Dockleys as they will make the process very simple, easy and would go above and beyond to fulfil your needs and requirements to get you your perfect home.
SCAM AGENCY
The owners only care about themselves. The guy who runs it all simply wants to save money. The main agent lets call her "E", lies and misleads customers, ignores emails and never picks up the phone.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE AGENCY ITS A SCAM.
