Abysmal

Abysmal. Was prescribed a medication then told the doctor couldn’t prescribe it because it wasn’t within Doctronics terms. When another medication was suggested, instead of prescribing it, they said to redo the entire consultation. Complete money grab scam.

Doctronic is a fantastic service

Doctronic is a fantastic service. I can't rate it high enough or recommend it more strongly. The process of having an AI agent take all the standard questions and compile it for the Doctor facetime call is brilliant. It is very very efficient, with the Agent taking 15min and then the call is in and out with the doctor. Both doctors I've met with so far were very nice, professional and had a great sense of humor. And their customer service is outstanding, I had a crashed call that had to be rescheduled and was having difficulty doing it. Tiffany and Jim both were all over it, as soon as my ticket was generated, they were on it. Could not be happier.

First Time—Very Impressed

So after an injury to the inside of my left elbow resulting in sharp pains with use of my arm, I consulted with Doctronic. They presented very thorough questions and their final analysis was, I felt, spot on. I am impressed with how thorough the whole investigative process was, and their final possible diagnosis along with good recommendations.

You will feel heard and not just another patient

The experience was better for me when I messaged because, through face-to-face interaction, you can tell the full story and history before the doctor can try to cut you off. They don't need all the backstory. Because they have your medical history and are already very busy with the next patient, the whole face-to-face experience feels rushed. And make you feel unheard

Accidentally selected so, so as feedback but I am very pleased with this service. Was easy to use and was able to get a refill on a prescription to hep me get my medication until I’m able to see a Dr. which the first available appt is months away. Thank you

Very useful and reassuring to be able to reach out for some help

I've used Doctronic a few times with symptoms I'm having, as here in the UK it takes so long to go through the process of getting a diagnosis if you use the NHS. I find it very useful to give an indication of what may be causing the problems especially if symptoms don't have an obvious diagnosis but are concerning and affect daily life!

I met with a physician three times on…

I met with a physician three times on this site and the first couple times he was nice and understanding but this isn’t a service you can count on longterm. Don’t go there asking for injectable meds to control anything chronic. It’s quite ridiculous that I saw three providers in one day as I was directed and no one would help me. Healthcare in America including this is completely broken. Keep your money and insurance benefits and don’t waste your
Time on this place.

Great AI. Great Doctor.

Very thorough online ai diagnostic system. Excellent visit with very good doctor. Unfortunately they could not help me even though I needed a simple antibiotic. But the doctor truly cared and explained very clearly and concisely the reason they could not help me which was malpractice related. Well worth the $40 televisit cost.

I just used this doctronic website and I love it already you get results from consultations that are very clear and understanding the explain each and every lab tests results that you don’t understand they answer all questions they are just awesome I highly recommend everyone to use and check out this website I love it!!
